We are offering a beautifully remodeled, fully furnished, 1 bedroom Condo in a gated community in the foothills.
**We would prefer a minimum 2 to 3 month rental January through March. **
This condo is on the first floor with gorgeous views of the Catalina mountains from our private patio and from our dining room! The condo includes 2 large screen TV's, cable TV, Wifi, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We have tried to include everything to make your stay as comfortable aspossible.
The resort amenities include, heated pools with cascading waterfalls, hot tub and a gym. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, hair salon and various other shops. We are down the street from Ventana Canyon Golf Club and near Sabino Canyon Recreation area.

Beautiful surroundings and scenic views. Fully stocked condo; All you need to pack is your clothing. Easy walking access to grocery, CVS, restaurants, 30 mins drive to downtown. Owners are super nice and accomodating. Perfect for our 8 wk stay for work!
