Stayed Feb 4, 2021Property was nice, we had issues with hot water, and wifi. We emailed Red Awning who just told us to talk to the office. Which we did and they helped best they can. Nothing changed and we had cold showers for half our group of 5 adults 2 kids after skiing every night we were there. 2 showers would be hot then cold after that. They said it was our fault, that we were using too much hot water to fast and needed to stagger our showers better? This hot water situation was not normal in our opinion. We all have homes with water heaters...we know how they work etc. This house did not seem right, very limited volume. I received an email from Red Awning 2 weeks after we left responding to our concerns about cold showers, they basically said we had too many people in the condo (we had 5 adults 2 kids - says it sleeps 12) they also said we were miss using the showers, nice customer service right? The wifi was bad the whole time which was an issue for zoom calls for the kids and business stuff. The office gave us a list of other units nearby to log into as their solution. Which sounds fine but the nearby units had poor wifi as well. I think it's a Mammoth town issue etc. They said they went to Bishop to get a new modem or router? We were not aware of any efforts beyond the list of other units to use. The email to us said they went above and beyond for our group...we did not see this at all. Would not go back to this condo.
