Stayed Jul 13, 2022The actual property was good And very clean. The bad thing about this rental is that is next to residents that lives year round And unfortunately our next door Neighbors fight the whole week we were there! Yelling and slamming doors all night even physically fighting it was horrible.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our condo at Paki Maui had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, all your cooking essentials including spices, and comfortable furnishings. It was a perfect location for all the activities we wanted to do during our stay. The customer service received through My Perfect Stays was responsive and timely. The only issue we had during our stay was no internet or cable during the first two days due to an account issue with the owner, but My Perfect Stays remedied the issue as soon as we notified them. Overall, I would stay here again!

Stayed Oct 9, 2022Older well kept condo. Zero air flow, ceiling fans did not provide any relief. Staff was great, easy entry and parking.

Stayed Dec 28, 2022Paki Maui unit 319 was a great stay! The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and also included beach gear (towels, snorkeling, body boards). The lanai was nice view of garden and provided a cool breeze in unit. Location was good near lots of food options and drove to lots of other beaches. Downfall was stairs down to beach (rocky beach not good for swimming) we’re under repair.

Stayed Sep 7, 2022Listing said there is WiFi and tv. This was a lie. Managemt would not fix any issues. Said they were working on the countless issues but didn't fix anything. Bugs everywhere! Had friends staying in the same area at the same time and didn't have any bugs...this issue is specific to thos listing. Access to the beach was closed off. If you want poor service, a lack of promised amenities, bugs everywhere in a good location I'd suggest this property
