Stayed Apr 4, 2025Great condo to relax with welcoming decor, tvs in bedrooms, great balcony for late night wine or morning coffee. Close to Wiki Watchee for kayaking, Dunedin and Tarpon for shopping, Sunwest for beach and water fun. Pool and amenities at the condo are awesome and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025We enjoyed a relaxing week watching dolphins and manatee from our 6th floor balcony, hanging out and swimming in the warm pool, and trying out the local restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025I've been renting via VRBO in this community for years and I usually keep it a secret so no-one else catches on! We had a great stay. The condo is cute and clean and well stocked. The host is extremely accommodating! I will definitely be returning!!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Great location and the place was great for my party (me and my fiance in our 40s and her parents in their 70s). Water in the unit went out briefly one morning but aside from that, no issues!

Stayed Dec 23, 2023Frank was on top of things. Very quick replies to any of our questions. Condo has a nice pool and views from the balcony were great. We saw dolphins in the lagoon most of the days we were watching for them. I will definitely return.

Stayed Oct 21, 2023Had such a geat time in this condo. The views were beautiful. We did get to see some dolphins. We enjoyed seeing the boats come by. The place had nice decor. and it was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The owner Frank was very nice to talk to. Would like to come back my next trip down.

Stayed Oct 15, 2023Amazing host! Great communication. An elderly family member had a special accommodation request that host was able to quickly provide, going above and beyond for us. AMAZING views from every angle. Assigned parking and condo very close to elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. Shopping carts available to help with luggage transport. Very quiet and beautiful building and grounds. Host had an array of menus that was very helpful. Beautiful sunset views. Everything great and would use again. Another huge thanks to our host Frank!

Stayed Jul 14, 2023Get location and wonderful surroundings. Plenty to do on-site or venture out with most things needed within a mile or two. We will certainly use this property again. Highly recommended.
