Stayed Feb 1, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a gorgeous view of the golf course and mountains. The neighborhood is kept up extremely well and is complemented with flowers everywhere. The neighborhood is noisy during the weekdays with landscape crews using gas driven power tools. The condo itself is nice. The showers are nicely tiled with glass panels and seats. We suggest installing grab bars. The washer and dryer are good appliances. We suggest here installing hooks or bars to hang laundry. There isn’t anything to hang hangars on. The two refrigerators seem to run almost continuously and they’re irritatingly noisy. The ceiling fan in the guest bedroom was unable to be operated because the remote for it was missing. One of the side tables in the master bedroom is wobbly and needs attention. The living space furniture is uncomfortable. The people at the rental office were efficient and very helpful.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this property and again it ticked all the boxes, excellent facilities, location and outlook. The property is beautifully maintained with all the facilities you could wish for. The location is perfect for golfers, with easy access to so many courses, which was our reason for staying here. We could not have been more happy with Royale Vacation Rentals and Steve who was very helpful answering any queries instantly making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We will be back.
