Beautifully decorated Penthouse overlooking WAIKOLOA Beach golf course

Kitchen well stocked with all serve and cookware, foil/baggies/soaps/sponges, detergent, beach gear (towels, chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag and coolers). Walking distance to groceries, shave ice, coffee, several resorts, movie theater, restaurants and beach. Great place!

Our stay was great! The pool was enjoyable. Looking forward to going back!

Clean, quiet, safe, great location! We have stayed here multiple times as a family of 4 with two teens and love it every time! We cook many meals easily in the kitchen and use the grills at the pool, there are plenty of beach towels, chairs, coolers, sand toys, available to use, the AC works great, comfy beds….easy to walk to shops and restaurants…Highly recommend!

Condo exactly as advertised, quiet beautiful location. Comfortable and well equipped, 5 minutes walk to shops, 10 minute walk to the beach. Property manager was very helpful, highly recommend the condo to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit for just over a week. The accommodations were perfect for a family of 4 adults. The owners were extremely quick with responding to any questions that we had. From the moment we walked in, we felt that we were staying in our home away from home. It is nice to stay in a condo with all of the amenities and comforts we want at home, with the benefits of being in a quiet, secluded part of Waikoloa Village. The Kings Shops and Queens Shops are within easy walking distance, as is the King's Trail petroglyph area. Yet it is private and quiet enough that you can see amazing starry views at night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 5/5!

We had a very good stay and enjoyed our trip. Some things the owner may want to consider is upgrading the mattress in the master bedroom and ensuring all lights in the unit are in good working order. Otherwise, this Penthouse had everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation.
