Beautifully Decorated Beachfront Condo!

It really felt like home! Safe and beautiful!

The property was beautiful. Everything was clean. The pools were very nice easy walk to the beach. Be back next year.

I have stayed in several different Condos on this property, this was by far the cutest, exactly as pictured. Amazing time!!!

We loved everything about the condo and the location. It was perfect for my family.

The property is advertised as beach front, which the building is. The room is not and the only way to see the beach is hanging over the balcony. The building only had one working elevator during our stay. The room was clean and everything worked and the bedroom is located upstairs which might be something to think about as it gets harder to climb stairs. You can't set a tent up no where close to the water so we went down to the State Park beach area and there was plenty of room.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was decorated very nice and the kitchen and bathroom sinks have been updated. The bed was very comfortable. It was not overcrowded on the beach. We rented the chairs from the service which was convenient. We enjoyed a “treat” from the snack shack that is located at the property which was nice.

Condo great, pools very nice and great access to the beach

Individual condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. There was only one elevator working at the very end of the complex so it was more convenient to take the stairs but after multiple trips up/down we were ready for more operating elevators! The condo building was older and parking underneath the building was pretty tight (we were in a full size pick up truck). The condo was priced reasonably taking into consideration that it was an older building, overall—it was a good stay for the price.

Great property! Short walk to beach access. The heated pool was great on the cooler days and evenings.

Sugar beach is a very nice place to stay. Great amenities. Comfortable condo, ample room for 2, but space for 4. Everything you need, and beach and pools right there. Great February weather! Can't beat 70s and sunshine! Thank you!

Perfect stay for two. If you’re a larger sized person the bathrooms will not be large enough to shower in. If you plan on taking a child who needs shower assistance you will not have room to assistance them. We were disappointed that there was fungus in the bottom bathroom. The hand rail was not secure so if you need assistance going up the stairs this is not the safest. Overall it was a relaxing experience with multiple pools and easy access to the beach.

This condo was a great affordable option and the location was very convenient. Overall, the condo was nice inside with good furniture. The cleanliness could have been a little better, but it was still nice enough. The complex did have super slow elevators and needs some work on its appearance. The owners of the condo were extremely responsive and asked if we made it okay, which was super kind! I would stay here again!
