We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable, especially for the two of us. The parking lot is a constant source of entertainment (in a good way.) The patio is well protected and comfortable day or evening and underground parking is a huge plus. Thank you, Linda!

The location of this property is fantastic - a beautiful view of the ocean and pier from inside the condo or from the balcony. You can also hear the ocean waves. Linda was helpful and accommodating!

Couldn’t ask for a better stay. We are local and needed a week away from home during a remodel. Linda was so hospitable. Location was gorgeous. Just what we needed to cool the nerves. Fun nightlife to walk to and even treated to some military flybys for a show. 10/10

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Apartment had everything you could think of to make your stay enjoyable - tons of beach towel, chairs, etc. And the place was decorated absolutely perfectly - down to the finest of details. The view was amazing, the balcony was spectacular, the space was incredibly comfortable, as were the beds! Communication with the owner was great, and she gave very specific instructions so the process of check in/check out was seamless. We would stay here again100%!

Amazing location overlooking the pier. You can watch the surfers from the balcony. It is in easy walking distance to downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo is immaculate, well stocked, and has a nice beachy decor. We highly recommend this condo for your San Clemente stay.

The condo was perfect! It had all we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The view of the beach was amazing. We could hear the ocean! The condo was so close to everything. It was a delightful and special stay.

Linda was an excellent host and her apartment was very comfortable and convenient for us. We loved the balcony!! We were joining our daughter and her family, who stayed in a place that was very close to us, which was a perfect arrangement.

Location is great, close to the beach/pier and quite an easy walk downtown.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time at this lovely piece of heaven. The location is amazing and the view from the balcony is perfect. Morning coffee watching the surfers head to the beach was fun, easy walk to the pier for sunset was the highlight. Highly recommend.

Amazing view, close walk to everything. Had a pack and play and a high chair which saved us room in the car!

We stayed for 3 nights. The place has a great view and is easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Linda the owner, was very responsive. The property is a little older but was clean and well kept. I would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautiful ocean view. Everything you would need. There are 3 remotes for 2 TVs. Yellow button turns on TV. Other remote for living room TV and 3rd remote for bedroom TV. Parking was easy and convenient.

We have never stayed in San Clemente before and we were not disappointed! The condo was perfect with the best views of the pier and ocean. The accommodations were perfect. It will not be our last trip to this piece of paradise!
