Beautiful Waterfront Condo on Canal with Pool & Walk to Beach! Boat Watch! 2b/2b

Well equipped apartment and great location

Quant and clean, 2 or so blocks from the beach. We enjoyed watching the parade of great boats float right by the back dock and pool area - made for hours of fun.

The overall charm of the unit. The little details such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, and conditioner. The super soft colorful beach towels and pretty decor of the home.

Great location!

Host interaction was fine. Noise coming from utility closet outside of the left bedroom was loud and obnoxious. Left bed wasn’t comfortable. Pool wasn’t very clean, filter didn’t seem to be working and water level very high. Water temperature was great tho. Overall, not worth the price per night in our opinion. Needed 2 beds and 2 baths, so size was good.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days. It was perfect for us. We enjoyed the patio and saltwater pool. It was nice and warm for night swims. We spent time sitting on the patio and watching boats on the canal. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Beds and furniture were in good condition. I was surprised to see children in the other units because I thought it was adults only but that wasn’t a big deal. What I really appreciated was at checkout, all you were expected to do was lock up and leave. No long lists of taking out trash, washing dishes, collecting linens, etc. Sometimes we stay at places and wonder why we pay a cleaning charge when we are expected to do so much before check out. Overall, perfect place! Loved it!

This place is super cute, very clean, and well maintained. The pool area is awesome with lots of seating and a beautiful view of the canal. We were able to walk to restaurants, stores and the beach! We loved this place!

Everything was wonderful from the hosts to the property. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great place to stay, but the plug to extension cord in the front bedroom doesn’t work. Other than that I’d start here again!

If your looking for a place to stay - don't hesitate to book this! Everything was fantastic, the beds super comfy, the view out the bed window to the pool utterly relaxing. Being able to sit down, spend time, and swim with my family was awesome. The early morning stroll to the beach is perfect! Even before we got there the host was amazing answered questions, provided a list of restaurants, and responded quickly to questions while there. Thank you for a very lovey stay!

Beautiful decor and very nice area. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and water way. Short walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants in the area.

The home was older, but clean. The property grounds needed maintained and cleaned. The pools paint was peeled off and the pool was not clean. There was garbage around the property.

The pool was great and all amenities were in point. Very comfortable homey feeling and free parking for beach not 5 minutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Our rental was well stocked, convenient to family we were visiting. Beautiful grounds and quiet.

We loved staying here. Loved being out back on the waterway looking at boats go by. Less than 5 min walk to beach access.

Our stay was nice. Clean facility with all the kitchen and beach items needed. The beach is really 3 blocks away, not 1 as the description of the facility states.
