Space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 8 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby! There are 2 pullout couches in the living area, and a queen-size bed in each bedroom. The guest bedroom overlooks the pool and water.
Beautiful condo located directly on the Intercoastal witha heated pool. Enjoy watching the yachts float by from our dock. Quiet and peaceful. Exactly 1 block from the beach and within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families, and groups of friends traveling together. Watch the sunset and boats by from our pool and patio all with comfortable sitting areas. Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay!
We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area.
The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable.
In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our gas grill.

There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away!
There is a laundry room on-site available for guests to use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late check-outs at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on ​the day of check-in.
We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay!
