A spacious open plan with living and dining area that open to the fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy activities together. How about a movie or game night in the living room, or just curl up with a good book on the sofa Gather around the dining table to enjoy a delicious meal prepared in the kitchen, or to plan your island adventures! The kitchen is the perfect spot to fix everything from the morning coffee, a delightful lunch to enjoy outdoors on the wraparound deck, or a picnic basket full of goodies to enjoy on the beach.

The main floor also includes a spa-like primary en suite with king bed and beautiful views out to the golf course, and there is a sofabed in the living room. You’ll find a laundry closet for your convenience, and we provide a starter pack of Dropps laundry pods for you.

The second floor has two guest suites, one with 2 queen beds and full bath, the other with 2 twin beds. There is also another full bath.

There is much to do in Shipyard Plantation and on Hilton Head Island, so stay for as long as you can. Of course, there’s the amazing beach that never disappoints.     Property was in good shape, fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities also. Beach towels were provided.The one thing I wish there was a beach locker with chairs for the beach. Also, the weather could have been better, we were there during Hurricane Debby!

    The unit is comfortable, clean, and very quiet with plenty of nice outdoor space. We enjoyed the views of the 6th hole of the golf course from the spacious deck area. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space. The appliances in the unit (coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave) all worked well and we particularly enjoyed having access to the new full-size washer and dryer. We would have liked to have seen more microwave-safe dishes with lids for cooking and re-heating food. Also, the pots and pans did not all have lids that fit and there could have been more cutlery and coffee mugs. In the living room, some of the seat cushions on the couches were worn and could use a cleaning. It would also have been nice to see the deadbolt in the front door repaired. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and any negative comments we have made about the unit are minor and are intended as constructive feedback for the owner/manager.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 119 The Greens for 6 weeks this past winter. We are planning to do the same for 2024. The house is very close to the beach - we were a little disappointed that there were no beach chairs or umbrellas. But the time we were there was more beach walking than sitting. House was clean and well appointed. Having linens, towels provided was wonderful. We liked the outside space best. Wrap around deck and great view, nice grill. The golfers are very entertaining to watch.

    Property was very nice and accommodating. Master-room bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on away from home. Kitchen has everything you need. Overall beautiful place in a beautiful location!

    Had a great time at the Greens condo, spacious for friends or family, liked the 3 bath, no one in our party had to share. Quiet spot on the golf course made for nice evenings
