Beautiful Villa In A Quiet Location

The villa is excellent. Is located in very quiet area of the island and next to Ano Mera when you can find markets and restaurants. Fully furnished and equipped. To be repeated next year!

Costas is a genuinely honest guy and very organized. Unfortunately he has to work on his skills of hosting a venue to accommodate vacationers. To start, the property is very difficult to find, so be prepared to navigate through some rough terrain to arrive. Costas made himself available to help. The property had one old television which didn't have cable stations so be sure to bring entertainment. Not that you go to Mykonos to watch TV, but it is nice to at least be able to catch up on some news or to have something to do when the wind is blowing and you can't sit outside.Our stay was for an excess of 1 week, and we were supplied with 1 towel per person to last over a week. The unit did have a washing machine, but make sure you understand the Greek language to operate it. I brought an iPad that did have some entertainment loaded and there was wifi at the residence but the TV is so old, it wasn't possible to connect the iPad to the TV to use it for viewing. Also, when we used the iPad to stream entertainment, we used all the available data, because there was a prepaid data plan. Costas was open to purchasing additional data once we discovered this. As I wrote earlier, the best part of this rental until was how accommodating that Costas was. When he advertises the unit is in a Quite Location (I'm sure he meant to say Quiet) you can believe it because it is remote.

We really loved our time at this home. It was perfectly appointed with nice finishes and all the necessities. The kids loved the pool and we really enjoyed the amount of outdoor living space and made use of the BBQ frequently. The view from the terrace is amazing. Costas was a very accommodating host and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was excellent with the host.

Located in a peaceful spot dominating country and sea, breathless view from the wide terrace with patio and large table to enjoy breakfast. Almost all beaches and main places are reacheable in a reasonable driving time but you you can relax after your day with the total silence at this stilish villa. Really fully equipped, decorated with stile and care. Grazie to the. Owner for letting us enjoy such a dreamfull place!

The house is cool and fully equipped; it s located in a very clam area and the owner is absolutley kind and friendly: he arranged for us the scooters-rent, helped to arrive home from the airport and suggested us many places. Need definitely a car or a motorbyke, better a car since the access road to the house is not paved. Great house, location and owner!!!

Great house! The owner was very kind and helpful. Can highly recommend. We stayed there for one week with two families (children aged 4 and one year old) and this was perfect for us. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, even toys for the little ones. Quiet in the evenings and nobody around to disturb you even in an island like Mykonos. Definitely need a car to get around. We will go there again surely.

Very nice and quiet with a beautiful view to wake up to. The owner costa is a good person and very helpful. He went out of his way and arranged for the car rental person to pick us up from the airport.

We had a wonderful week in this charming house which has all you need to relax and get rid of the rush of daily pratice. It has amazing views overlooking the Southern coast of Mykonos. Located in the central part of the island, the house is very well equipped and provides all those things you need to have a relaxing holiday. Very charming and reliable host, he picked us up in the harbour of Mykonos and introduced us in his house. We were with a family of 5 person with 3 children and had a great week on Mykonos. One thing is that you definitely need a car or another motorized vehicle We can recommend this house for 100%!!!

Amazing house, breathtaking views and tasteful Mykonian decoration. The landlord was extremely friendly and eager to provide restaurant and other reccommendations. We were a group of seven and had more than enough space in this beautiful house. Everything necessary for our stay in the house was provided by the landlord. The only thing that is essential while staying there is car because the house is quite far away from the town and beaches. Our experience was 100% positive and we will definitely return to this lovely house!
