Beautiful views from 6th floor condo on the beach!

Fantastic stay at the condo. Location and cleanliness of the property was great. We will be back next year!

The condo was in great condition. We had been building before and enjoyed the location. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. We would stay here again.

We had a great time at Marco Island, and this condo was excellent. Sue was very easy to work with and always responsive when we had questions about anything. The condo, property and grounds were all well maintained and clean. The views and sunsets were spectacular! The condo was very spacious, comfortable and well laid out for our family. Our teen daughter especially loved the little secondary living room that she called the nook and used as her personal space. This unit has a dedicated parking space that is covered, which was nice on hot days. You do have to go up 12 steps to get to the elevator, so people with mobility issues should just be aware of that. We would definitely stay here again! We loved it!

We had a great time in Marco Island despite some rainy weather. We were there for our family vacation and it was roomy and worked well for 5 adults and a toddler. The condo was very clean and was supplied with everything we needed. We loved the view of the ocean and on our last day we got to enjoy the sunset!! The owners replied promptly to all of our questions and were extremely helpful. We would rent from them again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The condo was very clean. The views were amazing. The owners were great to work with and very responsive throughout the process. We had a great time.

We couldn’t ask for a better location! This condo had everything we needed to enjoy a family beach stay. It was impeccably cleaned, had plenty of beach towels and toys, a beach wagon, and is so close to so many restaurants. The complex is clean and quiet. Communication with the hosts was timely and effective. The beach wasn’t overcrowded, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We appreciated the sunset views from the balcony. We plan to return!

We have stayed at the Somerset many times. It’s the best place to book on the beach in Marco. Most units have wonderful balconies and views and this was no different. This one was very clean with a nice layout. Was not as well stocked as others (8-10) we have stayed at. No dishwasher detergent, 2 garbage bags, 1/2 mini bottle dawn, 1 roll paper towels,1 roll toilet paper per bath, no tissues. Most units have at least a basic pkg to last a week. The front 2 rooms need some type of blackout shades/curtains because hall lights light up those rooms very brightly entire night. Only 1 of the bedrooms has a tv and it’s not the master, which was a bummer with us and kids. A few other things that needed replaced/fixed or updated. Partially my fault because booked last minute and didn’t read amenities/contracts closely. We will definitely still continue booking at the Somerset but maybe chose a different unit.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and looked directly out to South Beach on Marco Island. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there were towels and sheets, galore. The location to restaurants and shopping was amazing. We loved it!

We really enjoyed this 3 bed 3 bath condo right on the beach with great views of the Gulf. The unit had everything we needed and there was a storage locker with beach chairs and toys. It was also close to several restaurants. The owners were very responsive and very easy to deal with. We had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone.

This was a beautiful property. The condo was perfect with beautiful views, large kitchen, and quite a bit of space so none of us felt we were on top of each other. I cannot say enough about the owners. They were incredible! I would absolutely go back and stay nowhere else but here!!we loved it!
