Stayed Jul 5, 2023Picked this condo for view and boat slip. Remember if you are bringing a boat to make arrangements for launch and trailer storage (complex does not have launch or trailer storage). There are several boat/trailer storage places on Canal Road. These places do fill up so make arrangements early. Complex is very clean and the docks have been rebuilt recently and are very nice.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023The stay was vey enjoyable, the condo was perfect and the facilities were great! The only compliant was that after a week and everyone around the pool knew the kids they were still militant about the pool brackets. To the point of making the teens get out of the pool and go up to the room and get them. Whoever is in charge of that area of the facility needs to get a life! Over all though a great expericence!

Stayed Jul 8, 2021We absolutely love this property and this unit. This was our 2nd stay in this particular unit. We love the location of it in the complex. Although the docks and boardwalk area are under reconstruction we would highly recommend it. Only issue when leaving and checking that we had all of our belongings we found a pair of flip flops under the couch that were not ours.

Stayed Jun 12, 2021We stayed here with 3 other families for our kids World Series. The location was great and the lazy River was such a awesome thing for the kids. We will be back.
