The property was beautifully designed and well maintained. Accessible to many boutiques and restaurants throughout the town! It was close to the Destin Commons was a pleasant place that we could definitely revisit in the summer!

I can not say enough good things about the experience of staying in this home. The owner was terrific, including sending us texts about the nighttime entertainment we could watch from our balcony. The house is excellent, well furnished, and tons of intentional aspects, such as one of the most detailed renters' guides available that I have ever seen, every detail, from menus to instructions, was included.The location was perfect for spring break. The balcony view of Wharf gave the week fun energy, with people watching, a view of the sound, and front-row access to the nighttime entertainment. It was really fun. Getting to the beach was a non-issue; we used the tram and drove, and both worked great. Overall, the place is worth it! We will be back.

Double doors to enter the Condo made it feel luxurious. Interior was beautiful and spacious, and all appliances were clean and working. Balcony was large while offering a view of the Baytowne Wharf courtyard which was decorated for Christmas. Only negative, there was dirt and debris under the couch that was visible while sitting on the adjacent chair. .

We had a great time. The views of the village with all the Christmas lights were perfect. Super easy process from start to finish and great unit! We will be back!

We enjoyed our short stay at Gina's condo. The location couldn't have been better for being right in the middle of Baytowne Village. The balcony opens directly to the event square so we had a great view of the fireworks and the convenience of all the shops and restaurants. Parking was great in the dedicated deck and the elevator was just right around the corner. We loved our time there and can't wait to go back!

This was our second year in a row to book at this condo. It’s perfect for our family. Our room is perfect size and has everything you need. So much to do and it’s all within walking distance. I love how there is entertainment for all of us each night. We definitely will be making this our family tradition each year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much to do with kids when (due to weather) beaches weren’t an option. Beautiful pool and access to other great pools as well. Gina is a pleasure to work with. We will for sure be coming back here
