Beautiful Upscale 6th floor Condo

Beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. Used all of the amenities: pools, gym, tennis courts and restaurants. Great relaxing stay.

My family and I had an incredible week at the condo! Staying at the marina is so fun as you can take a short elevator ride down to all kinds of activities-coffee ship, restaurants, pool, boat watching, people watching, and live music. The condo itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed including a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking utensils. The view out the window is beautiful overlooking the water and the patio/lanai is mostly shielded from the wind and very pleasant. Overall the condo was everything we needed and more and we would gladly go back to Cape Harbour and stay here!

Overall the experience was nice and easy! Great location with lots of things to do within walking distance. The property owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. My only minor gripe would be that it would be great if the property came with the simple essentials such as toilet paper, soap and garbage bags. I may have missed the fact that the property didn’t come with these things.

We loved this condo. Everything that we needed to enjoy our week in SW Florida was there. The area was perfect; cute shops, great restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here.
