Large rooms, living area, patio, kitchen - plenty of space for all! Enjoyed the fact it was dog friendly (reasonable fee).We knew this and had no issues with it, but it’s not “modern,” if that’s what you’re looking for. This didn’t bother us, just worth nothing for other visitors! We would come back here again, and the management team was possibly the best we’ve ever dealt with. Adjacent pool also a nice perk!!

We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the birds and golfers from the rear patio. Very nice that all bedrooms had an in-suite full bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked and with modern appliances. Royale staff was very responsive and very accommodating ensuring our stay met or exceeded expectations. Nice views of early sunrise outside the patio of the golf course and surrounding mountains with golfers making it to the 5th box around 8am or so. A demanding tee shot on this hole definitely gets their attention-not many walk-aways after tee shots were airborne. Some issues with cable and Wifi which the Royale staff helped to troubleshoot with partial success. I highly recommend this residence.

We enjoyed the property amenities, sitting and experiencing PGA West. It’s a beautifully laid out property, warm and comfortable.

Beautiful townhouse - great stock on kitchen appliances and bath towels etc Need pest control - roaches greeted us in the kitchen each morning and tiny ants behind the master bath sink near the bathroom. Sink in master bath drains very slow

Golfing

Liked almost everything about this property. Well stocked kitchen. Communication with the prop mngr was excellent! Only negative is that there are stains on the carpeted area and the edges around the walls and sliding patio have not been vaccumed in a very long time.
