What a wonderfully pleasant stay we had in this beautiful property. It felt like home. And the jacuzzi was an added benefit! Very clean and welcoming.

We had a wonderful time staying at this very clean and well decorated condo. The hot tub was hot. The water pressure was great and the beds were comfy.

Great family or friends accommodations. Three full baths and indoor spa is hard to find.lots of extras....pet bowls, games, poker chips, sleds, etc. owner was so accommodating to our needs. Definitely will return.

Everything was good! Nice quiet location and pet friendly. Having an electronic key pad to get into the unit would be more convenient than having to keep track of manual keys. Overall our experience was great and I would stay here again.

We had a lovely time in this condo. Everything and much more was provided in the kitchen. The grounds were very well kept. Enjoy sitting on the deck and going for walks.

Condo was nice for a quick getaway. Centrally located on a quiet side street. Unit had what we needed and the hot tub was a big plus.

Simple check in and owner responses quickly.Noticed a little musky smell when arrived. Could have been that the condo was locked up and not used for a few days. It cleared out after opening windows.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. Loved the upstairs layout with the big kitchen island. Just a couple of small comments - the downstairs had a damp/musty smell and we could not figure out how to adjust the sound (too much base) on the sound bar upstairs.

Communication with the host was perfect. He helped us set up and ensure the BBQ was working so we could have a BBQ for the 4th. He also allowed an early check-in since we arrived to town early. My son had to sleep on the pull-out sofa, but as the listing says, the mattress was very comfortable. Great space for my family, and it was good for our dog with easy access to take him outside. The hot tub took a while to heat up, but once it did, it was an added benefit. Very good location, central to everything you wish to do. Also, the downstairs beds were very comfortable and clean. the condo was nice and was just as advertized. close to town. only con is the carpet stains but with animals allowed this is understandable. it was clean and there was no odors

Hot tub not working, we were told day before our stay. Was not fixed, but I asked for a small refund. Otherwise, condo was very nice. Be aware that coffeemaker is a Kuerig.Kitchen up to date.

Very nice property, with easy parking access. Great location minutes from Mammoth Village, grocery and Main lodge. Excellent for people with dogs. Very well stocked.

Overall great place! We did get there after dark and it was so dark we couldn’t find the place at first. Overall the rental was exactly as listed. Great location.

This clean and comfortable condo provided a great base for my wife and her sister to hike a portion of the JMT while I and our small dog fished local streams and lakes. Both downstairs bedrooms have its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. It's nicely decorated with a comfortable upstairs living area that has a third bathroom. The large kitchen has ample dishes and cookware. There is a nice dining table that seats 6 and comfortable living area with a large screen tv. The bonus is the hot tub on the enclosed upstairs deck. Nice! The location is nice with a short drive or moderate walk to grocery stores, multiple restaurants and shops. My one issue is I sent questions to the host before booking that we're not answered. Maybe VRBO doesn't send questions to hosts before booking? Communication after booking was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Is was a bit hot during our stay. Recommendations is to bring your on fan if you stay in july.

What a wonderful place to stay, instructions for check in and check out were great and easy, place so clean and beautiful and it’s so greatly located to all the necessary spots, shopping, eateries, breweries, fishing, hiking, all the spots so close for our vacation! We’ve been coming to Mammoth for years for our annual family reunion and we loved this getaway place. The place we had rented in the past was being upgraded so we were so happy to find this rental - I think it may be our new favorite and hope to return again next year! :)
