Stayed Apr 30, 2025If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025We had a very comfortable stay for 2 weeks. Jennifer, our host, was always there to support us.The house was clean and nice. If I buy a house later, I would like to refer to the interior.There are many things to see and eat nearby, such as museums and aquariums. There is also a tram that runs late, so it was a great location for sightseeing.If I visit Dallas again, I will definitely stay at Jennifer's house.

Stayed May 17, 2022Was lucky enough to catch one of the cheapest short-term rental/long-term stay in the city. It was within walking distance of all the downtown offices and most of the Uptown offices. The American Airlines Center and all its amenities were quite close as well! The building itself had some great security guards and gated garages ensuring that it was quite safe. It was also across the street from the Gov Records Building and a few blocks from multiple courthouses so it never felt unsafe in the blocks surrounding. The apartment was clean and well furnished (took some liberty with moving the feminine decorations since we were 2 guys interning together this summer. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities you need to cook and a few unexpected things like a hand juicer. The king size bed in the main bedroom and the desk in the hallway were great additions that helped the apartment feel like my own house and really facilitated any work from home you may be doing.

Stayed Nov 29, 2020I work nights and the patio was perfect not too much light in the day so I could sleep and noise level was mostly good. Neighbors upstairs fought one night and could hear it but not distinctly disturbing in any way. Property managers/owners were very accommodating and responsive. Though this was downtown I felt very safe, security there is helpful and the guards are all very nice. other building patrons were all pleasant as well. Would stay there again.
