Beautiful two bedroom Beach Paradise Apartment

The location was fantastic! Just far enough from the main strip to be quiet but not so far that it was inconvenient. The beach and pool area were gorgeous and very clean. The unit itself was clean and well appointed. The upstairs living room, kitchen and dining area was really nice and exactly as the pictures showed. The door to the balcony didn't shut right enough to lock and would pop open occasionally. The primary bedroom was not quite up to par. The AC unit wasn't working. Jorge was very good about communication and trying to get someone there quickly to get it resolved. Unfortunately it still took half our stay to get it fully repaired. There was mold on the wall under the AC unit as well. The shower in the primary bedroom ensuite didn't seem to be attached and was wobbly. We didn't use it because of concerns. The bathroom, thankfully, had a bath tub as well. The bath tub didn't have a sister attached to a wall only a hand held which made it more challenging for someone with longer hair to rinse fully. While we were there the power to the entire island went out. I was very thankful to have started where we did because the complex had a generator and we were still able to cook and store food safely. It was a lovely stay despite the hiccups with the primary bedroom. I would definitely stay there again!

My wife, 18-year old son and I had a wonderful vacation at Marilyn’s property. Jorge, her prop manager was more communicative than any other VRBO host we’ve ever had and met us at the property when we checked in to greet us. The property is spacious and very comfortable. So very, very private and safe (gated and 24 hour sec guard). The beach is adjacent to the property, and we went every day and basically had it all to ourselves. We recommend renting a car, as there are many fantastic restaurants and places to get groceries, etc. near the property. Two small nits that did not affect our stay. 1) There are about four roosters on the Grand Bay grounds that “make their presence known.” We got used to them. 2) The main bedroom shower is small. I’m 6’1” and really didn’t fit. I used the bath tub that had a wand - it was no big deal. All in all, a wonderful, private relaxing stay!!!

There is a guard 24/7. A fob is provided for car entry, and a key is provided to enter the gated pool and beach areas. The beach is nice to walk or just sit and enjoy. Most of the time it is swimmable. The Manager is very responsive.There are many cats and roosters. Roosters will wake you every day at 4 or 5:00 a.m. and continue to crow most of the day.Kitchen has everything you need.The beds are very hard.There is no furniture to sit on on the balcony.One usable shower, although we were told we could use the shower in the bathtub that had a handheld head attached to the side like a kitchen sink.T.V. in the living room did not work in spite of all directions provided by the manager.Only one elevator was working.You will need a car if staying here.

Safe location, property manager very accommodating!

We spent a lovely vacation in Rio Grande, PR, and enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is in a quite zone and very close to the beach. Our family loved the place. I highly recommend it!

Great place on the beach. The beach area was very private.The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 6 to stay. Jorge was a great host and very informative. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo in Rio Grande. It was clean and well-appointed. We had no issues. The complex is on a very quiet beach and most days we were the only guests there. The complex has an amazing pool area that we used each day after spending hours on the beach. The condo has everything you need. Security was very friendly and we felt very safe. Not too far for our trips to the Luquillo Kiosks, Pinones, and San Juan. We also drove to Guavate one day. Enjoyed our stay greatly! Thanks to Jorge for great communication and his helpfulness during our stay! :-) Would definitely stay again!
