Stayed Mar 9, 2024This property is more beautiful in person than pictures can describe. The location was just perfect! When they say steps away from the lifts, it is really what you get. You can be skiing and go home to drink water if you want. It is that close. The mountain condition was excellent and we had a great time. The condo was very clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. It was an easy check in and check out, as the office is on our way in and out of town. The management company got everything we requested upon our arrival and the property is well taken care of. We loved the safety of the complex as you require your key to enter, and how convenient it is to access your ski lockers as leave to the lifts through another door. We also loved our evenings at the outdoor hot tub. The complex is surrounded by restaurants and stores, all within a couple of minutes walking. The staff at the restaurants and stores were very friendly as well. My son met his dorm friends who were staying in the same complex and it was even better experience for him. Got our skis next door in no time, good quality and price. We can't wait to come back next year.

Stayed Feb 12, 2024I had an excellent stay. Check-in was not on-site but was on the way to Copper. The condo was excellent & when a minor maintenance issue came up, it was promptly resolved. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & will endeavor to rent this unit again.

Stayed Mar 7, 2023This property was clean, updated, and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed. Plus the location was perfect in center village, with easy walk out access to restaurants, shops, and slopes. The Copper Loop shuttle picks up/drops off right in front of this building, which is incredibly convenient for moving around the town. Check in/out requires a stop in Frisco, which is only 5 miles away and easy to get to. We came in after hours, but the instructions to pick up from the lock box were perfect and we were on our way. Frisco is a relevant stop for supplies anyway. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jan 28, 2023Passage Point was fabulous! We parked the car and didn't move it until we left. We didn't realize ALL the amenities that were at our disposal and took full advantage. Everything from hot tubs on site to shops and restaurants that were open before the lifts were! Our accommodations and friendliness of the whole village were more than we could ask for.

Stayed Jan 12, 2023Overall this condo is a great place to stay. It's located at a perfect spot to hit the village (center) and the slops. The ski lockers have the best access point to the outside when heading to the slopes or catching the bus to get to another village to ski. It's right at the center of the condo where there is a cut through for everyone heading to the village/slopes. The condo itself was spacious and had everything you needed to cook. The bed in the master is FIRM, so keep that in mind. The condo has a working gas fireplace. It was absolutely needed during our stay because the heat in the condo only got up to 69 degrees. With the fireplace going we reached 71degres. The neighbors that we met said they had the same issue, so it's clearly a building problem. With all that said, make sure to bring a comfy sweatshirt to wear inside if booking during ski season. I only brought outdoor jackets and had to wear two long sleeved shirts to keep warm. The hot tub is located right outside the gym area, we didn't use them. We did see several others using it though. We loved having the balcony! It was a great place to people watch. Don't expect mountain (ski slope) views from there. You over look the main road and the paid parking lot. But again, that wasn't a problem for us. We would definitely stay at this condo again. We'd just be more prepared with warmer hang inside clothing.

Stayed Dec 24, 2022During our 2-night stay at the Copper Mountain Village over the Christmas holiday, we enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to the ski lift. The condo itself was generally clean, though the cleaning company seemed to have missed vacuuming the bedroom. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal on Christmas Eve, but it was quickly resolved. However, we were disappointed to find that the fireplace and heater were not functioning on Christmas night. We contacted the property management but did not receive a response to have it fixed. Additionally, the older building was a bit dirty and the kitchen utensils were outdated. It would have been helpful to have additional hand towels in the kitchen. There is also a charge for lost key cards, and check-in and check-out must be done at the office in Frisco. On a positive note, the staff were kind enough to allow us to check-in a few hours early.
