The Space:

Check out the beautiful direct bay front views in this large waterfront condo that features a large floor plan with three bedrooms and three full-bathrooms. The living area features a large waterfront living room with sleep-sofa and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. There is a large balcony off of the living room that is a great place to relax and enjoy the open bay views. The condo has been extensively renovated and is in excellent condition. The private, waterfront master bedroom is on the second level and features a king sized bed, television, ensuite full-bathroom, sleep-sofa and balcony. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The third bedroom features a set of full size bunk-beds and television. The third full-bathroom is centrally located and accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, elevator and two assigned parking spaces. Property is a short walk from the beach and close to shopping, restaurants, amusements, coffee shops, nightlife and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #84434 This condos is located on the 3rd floor.



General Policies

Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.



The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.



No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.



Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.



Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.



Cancellation Policy

All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

    Absolutely the best place we’ve ever stayed in in OC. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great location in midtown with a short walk to the beach. Our family of 5 would highly recommend and plan to stay here again in the future!

    We used the property for my friends bachelorette party. It's location is perfect, with an easy walk to the beach, Fagers island and seacrets. Overall, the space was clean and just what we needed. BUT heres some things to note: 1. Bed linens are included, but the beds are unmade on arrival. Theres just a bag of sheets at the door so you have to make your own beds. Given that the top blankets were left on the beds, id guess theyre not washed between stays. 2. They do provide sheets for the pull out couches, but no blankets. So some of our friends froze. Bring your own. 3. The pull out couch beds are very uncomfortable. 4. There was no handsoap or toilet paper in any of the bathrooms/kitchen upon arrival. We brought tp but were surprised that there wasnt even a leftover roll from the last vistor. Overall, this is perfect for a get away, and would highly recommend for a chill girls trip, just plan accordingly regarding the notes above.

    My extended family (3 adults, 2 older adults, 4 kids (age 8-15), spent 4 days at the property. It was very clean and central location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. The central pool was clean and great for the kids. It is 3rd floor- so the elevator was key for the older adults. While there is ample space, sleeps 10 might be a bit misleading, because with only 3 bedrooms, you have to utilize pull-out couches. In the condo complex, there clearly is a battle ongoing with the renters vs the residents because the full-time residents certainly were not very welcoming. I suppose i somewhat understand where they are coming from- but this is reality in a vacation community. Would recommend this apartment- especially if it was only for around 6 people

    We had a great stay. Can’t beat the location. One block to the beach, many bars and restaurants within quick walking distance. The place was extremely clean and fit us comfortably. Beautiful view from the deck at sunset. Only con was the pool was closed during our stay
