Stayed Oct 4, 2025Second time we've stayed at this location. While we were on the corner facing the street, it was still pretty quiet. Didn't have any issues with checking in or out. Close to grocery stores. Easy access to the condo once you get to know the area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Here is the email I sent to the property manager on March 12th. Hello, I received a phone call yesterday, March 11th stating my case was being reviewed and I would receive a follow up call today. No call. Again, another example of the poor customer service I have received throughout our trip. Called early Friday morning, March 6th stating beds were unmade and linen was on the floor. We used sheets and a thin blanket found in the closet along with bath towels to keep warm. We were promised someone would come by the Villa to provide fresh linen and make the beds later on March 6th. Came home that evening to the same. We went out and bought detergent and washed up everything ourselves. On March 7th I placed another call. Talked to a rude customer service representative telling me the linen on the floor was clean. The reason it was on the floor was because new mattress 's were delivered before we came and we could use that linen to make the beds ourselves. What? Really? Master bedroom carpet was filthy. We put a sheet down on the carpet so we did not have to walk on it. I asked to speak to a Manager. The representative stated no one from leadership works on the weekend. What? The representative stated she would try and get someone to call me back that day or she would follow up with me. No call. FYI - I also requested a new egg crate mattress. The one we had was torn and dirty. On March 9th someone tried to break into our Villa between 1-2 AM. Not only did we choose a Villa with poor customer service but know we feel unsafe! I called again on March 10th. The phone number listed on my confirmation was incorrect. The only number I could use to contact someone was the after hours number. I was scolded for using this number by several people!!! I was offered 50 dollars for our poor experience!!! Really? I requested further compensation. The Vice President was out of the office so I was assured I would receive a call on March 11th which I did stating it was still under review. I was assured I would receive a call today. Phone number was confirmed. No call. I am sure this is an embarrassing email to receive. I look forward to receiving a call tomorrow with compensation for our awful experience with your rental company. I received an email on March 13th. Final service recovery , one free night. Very disappointed!

Stayed Mar 8, 2019Since the condo is probably around 15 years old, important items to the renter have not been updated such as the sofabed in the livingroom, difficult to sit on, probably there from the begining, only one couch, not enough for sitting everyone. TV very small for the room, 50 in TV costs around $250 these days. The master mattress very old or cheep, springs are popping while youe sleep/turn. Walls not painted from the begining, very dirty in places. Master shower head does not work correctly ($20 to replace). Kitchen sink makes loud noise when water is running. Carpets old dirty probably original. No alarm clock provided, light not working in the master night table. Only one pool card. The owner it appears does care about improving the condo for their guests.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This 2 bdrm 2 bath had a nice set up, with bedrooms on either end of living room. The management company was very wonderful helping us with the wi-fi, a new hair dryer, and even extra towels. All with a smile. I really appreciated that. The bed in the master was a bit uncomfortable, but we managed for 6 nights. I would've actually stayed longer if it had been available. VERY quiet complex, VERY clean complex and unit, very nice people around. I'd recommend this as a very safe place to stay and the pool area is wonderful.

Stayed Feb 6, 2019had a wonderful time great place to take the family
