Beautiful suite between bay & beach w/ access to pool, private W/D, & central AC

They canceled my reservation within 24 hours of my check-in. Said it was because bathroom renovation weren’t finished. Seems made up. Why rent it out if you are renovating? Photos showed a finished bathroom. Was not made aware renovations were being done. Cancelling my reservation just 24 hours prior to checkin is unprofessional and disrespectful. Cost me triple to find a place to spend time with my family vacationing there during the same time. Had to dispute charges with my credit card to get a refund. Don’t trust these people!!!!!!!

The condo is Beautiful with gorgeous ocean views. My husband and I enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from our bedroom.

I have never left a bad review and we are pretty seasoned travelers but this was an extreme case for us. After receiving reminders of our stay from Vacasa we arrived to find that the one bathroom was gutted and under construction. There was literally a toilet in the living room. The cabinet sink was in the hall and the flooring removed. I am unsure of what the miscommunication was between the owner and Vacasa but it was not communicated to us. We were attending a conference at the convention center. There were no hotel rooms avaliable in the area. After putting in a ticket with Vacasa, the local team got in touch within an hour and did give us another option nearby which turned out to be subpar. So much so that instead of staying 2 nights we stayed only one. It looked like it would have been a great place if not for the whole bathroom being gutted and only finding out when we walked thru the door.

Lovely end unit with a unobstructed view of the bay. Included many of the necessities from home and was walking distance to some of our favorite shops, restaurants and back.

Everything was good, except couldn’t watch television without subscription to apps. Also there was this loud kind of banging noise on the roof or side off the unit. If you get 324 ask about this and hopefully someone will have taken care of it.

We stayed here in October and this condo had everything you need. So modern, such wonderful views, super clean, and so close to restaurants and the boardwalk and beaches. It has it all! Will definitely rent again!

If you rent this particular place, you will need to pack extra towels. There is only one towels per guest and they are very flimsy towels.

Stayed for Country Calling festival and it was on shuttle drop off line after concert. Lots in walking distance! Condo was nicely decorated and comfortable for two people. We enjoyed the deck area very much!

Its a corner unit which is nice you have direct view of the bay. The parking spot was a bit difficult to find but once we did it was great. Lovely location and renovated property. Had a great time!

Stayed there a few days while in OC on business. It was perfect for me! Quiet location with beautiful sunsets.

I absolutely loved the view and watching the sun set right from our private and quiet balcony. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating options. The home was modern, beachy vibe, bright and smelled great. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The deck has been updated with trex decking since the pictures so that was a nice surprise. It was nice not having to take linens or towels but I would recommend taking your own ground coffee or k-cups (their coffee maker has both options). It's definitely mid-town so expect to walk quite a bit or bus to restaurants / boardwalk. No really close coffee shops. I'd highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay. Having the deck overlooking the bay was our favorite and definitely worth staying here again. I would have gave this place 5 stars across the board except for one thing. When we arrived i noticed light brown globules on the shower seat and realized it was shampoo or body wash which i easily wiped off. Cleary wasn't cleaned and so for that i gave it 3 stars. Otherwise loved it. Very friendly next door neighbors, and quiet location.
