Clean and quiet. Nice location, convenient to highway and shopping. Only inconvenience was the Gated community and having to show pass every time coming in. Otherwise, perfect for what I needed.
2 queen beds very comfortable, great location for golfers, fantastic local Italian restaurant… Kitchen equipped for coffee ONLY (no toaster /oven or cooktop.
Very clean and close to everything I needed. Though I only slept there, I enjoyed it very much! Parking was a little challenging with folks double parking on the street.
The property was in a very nice and secure setting. It was clean and had all we needed. Everyone including the host was very nice and helpful.
Pleasant surroundings…… Vacation Rental unit was very clean…. Thank You
I loved this property so much that I’m in the process of looking for an apartment to rent in the area.
This is a very nice gated community on the PGA course, I myself am not a big golfer and did not try out the golf course. However, I did enjoy the sun alongside the communities pool. The room was very nice and it's the perfect space for one or a couple. What I liked the best, was quiet at night, a peaceful and friendly neighborhood.
Better than staying at a hotel. I was only in need of a 1 night stay, so this was the best option. Highly recommend. Will do this again when im in town.
Arrived during cold spell in Florida. Heater didn’t work we needed to go to hotel. Next day spent the day waiting for repairman. Room was very shabby, should not have been rented until it was painted and refurbished. . Couch was old and uncomfortable. Cutlery was several pieces brought from owners home. We bought our own paper plates and cutlery. Freezer compartment couldn’t be used was totally filled with ice. One night we had ants in the apartment. The next night there were small bugs in the bed. We packed up after five days and again had to go to a hotel at a very high additional expense. There was three weeks left to our stay. I called the owner and told him we couldn’t stay there. I asked for a refund. He had time to rent the apartment again. I haven’t heard anything about a refund. Felix was a nice man. I think after he purchased the unit he rushed to rent it. It was definitely not ready. Especially for an extended stay
