Beautiful Streamside Condo 1-1/2 mi from Taos Ski Valley!

Denise and Bill are wonderful people and it was a joy to stay in their condo. Super close to the slopes.

Awesome place loved our stay, owners are easy to communicate with, super easy check in, the river out back was beautiful, hot tub was clean and a nice bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

We were the only ones there for five days and it was so nice. The property location, the stream behind the condo and the proximity to TSV-proper are all pluses. After a trying sewage issue, the owner got us moved into another unit and granted a refund. This is our third time to stay here or in the unit below and would do it again. We have no hesitation in recommending this place to others.

It was our Anniversary weekend, the place was beautiful and quiet so we could hear the river behind the place. Bed was comfortable and we had no problems staying warm with the duvet. Would definitely come back!

The location is amazing!! The unit is getting a little dated with some attention needed. Some exposed nail heads on the decking, a broken drawer in the kitchen… small items can be fixed. Wonderful value for the location also. I hate to drop the score on a wonderful place - the couch and blankets could use a deeper cleaning (a little musky smell). We would stay here again - especially with a few updates. Definitely get your check-in instructions downloaded before arrival… no cell service until connected to WiFi.

My sister and I stayed for 4 nights. I slept in the loft and she took the sofa sleeper in the living room. Beds were comfortable. The location is about 3 minutes to Taos Ski Valley which was so convenient. I skied at Taos Ski Valley 3 days and used the hot tub every day after skiing. It was wonderful! The hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions I had. Thanks for a relaxing 4 nights at your condo.

Great little property a 5 min drive to Taos Ski Valley, like a little cabin really….very comfortable and cosy for 2 people with great hosts, very organised and excellent friendly communication.Very good value! Full cooking facilities if you want them.

This is an excellent property for a couple - location is very convenient to the mountain. It was warm and cozy. The hot tub was great after skiing. Also the kitchen was well equipped for many meals at home. We also loved that the entire property was smoke free!

Made a last minute decision to go to Taos for a Christmas break with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend. The communication with the owners was easy and informative. The place was well stocked, adorable, comfortable and as described. I would highly recommend

I really liked the inside of the condo. It had everything I needed. It was cozy and comfortable. I love that fact that it had an outside deck. We were enjoying the views. Enjoyed seeing the Rio Hondo river. Our hike and the ski valley were awesome. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful hosts, great communication. Check in, keys and codes worked perfectly. Everything is very clean and well cared for. Taos valley is a beautiful backdrop for this well appointed getaway.

Pros: location, creek, lack of noisy neighbors, clean, amenities adequate Cons: ONE BLANKET for two beds, that's it. Had I not had a couple of light fleece blankets in the truck, I would have been very dissatisfied. You said there were blankets. There was only blanket. Huge wooden beam directly over half the loft bed is a head cracker. Loft is so low that half of it you have to lean over. No smoke detectors. Fire extinguishers buried under kitchen sink. One kitchen drawer with guide falllen out. Drawer falls inward. Why not repair it?

Had a much-needed getaway, it was so nice to open the doors and hear the stream. Property managers were very quick to respond to any questions I had, Condo is very well-maintained. Would definitely book again.

I loved the serenity of the stream behind the property. Great attention to detail with condo comforts. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub area needed attention. I feel certain if the guests who stayed before me had mentioned that, the managers would have addressed issues before my arrival. I hope to stay longer next time!
