Beautiful Smoky Mountain condo in #1 rated complex with new indoor pool

Everything was very nice and clean.. it had everything we needed

Everything was perfect

The condo was clean and comfortable. I would suggest this place to stay. The pool was cloudy and there was no or little heat in the pool area. The hottub is outside and was tied off and couldn't be used. The neighbors were loud and I would suggest to be on the top level of the building for the view.

A wonderful place to stay with your family. Very spacious, clean, and the location is convenient to everything. Webwill definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our trip and the stay was made much better by not having any issues or disappointments about the condo.We were comfortable, at ease and able to relax without a worry. Our group was diverse with both family and friends but there was enough space / privacy for all.Everything was clean and all basic needs were provided so that we could pack less and spend less.This was a great value and we will return again!

We had such a great time at this condo! The property manager was fantastic to work with - I had to message them twice about questions (we forgot my daughter's meds and had to get them mailed) and they answered quickly and were super accommodating. It was in a great location to everything we wanted to do and finding the location was easy with their direction. We had 3-4 adults and 4 children - and we were all comfortable and had our own space. Everything was clean, worked, and there wasn't anything we felt we were missing. The pool area was great, and the condo property itself was clean and quiet and we felt safe here. We saw neighbors, but never heard them. We would for sure stay here again!

Beautiful condo, easy access, well equipped, very clean and very.quiet.

Our family of children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay at this property. The three bedrooms gave the adults plenty of space and our two grandsons, 9 and 6, slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Location okay - NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET - actually no internet in bedrooms at all & highest speed in living area was 51 mbps - smart tv's but no internet to stream anything - we had to connect the tv's to cable ourselves and they do not have HDMI cables just coaxial. There is NO GYM here either just an exercise bike in the closet. Air conditioning in bedrooms is not adequate unless you turn it low enough to freeze the living room area. Trash can not be put in the trash chute which is locked but has to be walked to one of the dumpsters between buildings 2 and 3 or buildings 3 and 5. Very inconvenient. 2 of the frying pans were dirty and had food stuck on them. They were also in bad shape with loose handles on some of the cookware. Stove is outdated with the old type electric coils. The coils on some burners are tilted which won't allow the pots/pans to sit flat so food slides to side. There is only 1 elevator in building and on 2 different days it was out of operation. Since condo is on 2nd floor would not be huge deal unless you have disabled in your party which we did. Fortunately it was repaired by the time we were departing so we did not have to carry all of our stuff down the stairs. Felt bad for other people having to climb the stairs with their belongings. There was a woman staying on 5th floor struggling up the steps and 2 gentlemen that had to carry her mobility scooter up for her. I dont know if their elevator is not maintained properly or what. BEWARE

This was a beautiful condo. The property was in a good location but lacked any real views. All week long bugs bit several family members. The WiFi was awful. I know some of that was beyond the renters control though. Overall our experience with the renters was good.
