Beautiful renovated condo in the courtyard right beside pool 1st floor

It was just like the ad said. Close to pool. It had everything you need. Just like going home. WalmRt and other shops in walking distance. I will stay here again.

Called and spoke with one of the owners and she was very nice and apologetic. The condo wasn't completely clean and we took pictiures upon entry since there is a refundable deposit taken upon reservation. As a guest, you do need to remove all bed sheets and place in a central location, load/start dishwasher (if you use dishes), and place all dirty towels in tub unless you use them all then place them in washer & start the washer. Overall, it is a nice condo and like I stated the owner was nice. Also, don't get confused by photos of the beach as this is not on the beachfront but we knew that already.

It was a great stay!

The condo was very cozy and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the double sinks in the master bathroom. We went for a baseball tournament so having a washing machine and dryer in the condo was a must and great amenity. Parking was always available close to the unit and liked that it was a small complex and quiet.

The listing doesn’t do this property justice. It’s so clean and cute. The location was close & walking distance to Walmart, Publix, & several fast food places. Pool was right outside our back door. Will definitely go back & stay there!

The location was great. Close to lots of activities. The custom chairs on the patio were nice and comfortable. The pictures in the advertisement was of a different unit, not the one we stayed in.

This condo was mostly clean. Furniture was nice. Great access to pool. Very close to Publix making it very convenient for groceries. Could have used another trash bag or two for kitchen. Owner was nice as well as manager.

We absolutely loved staying here. The pool was literally right outside the door! It was not in the hustle and bustle of gulf shores but in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from the beaches. The property was very clean and had ample space and parking. We would definitely recommend!

Needs more amenities such as iron , blow dryer and can opener . Other than that great stay

This property was immaculately kept. The pool area was so very comfortable and inviting. The condo was very clean and plenty room for 4 adults. We were close to a shuttle to bring us to the Gulf coast shrimp Festival. Property had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay.

Nice comfy condo, enjoyed very much. Well kept grounds. Pool needs updating a little
