I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general stay was good. Furniture was fine but well used. Configuration of furniture to space in living room was odd. Couch in front of fire place , dining c table cramped, empty space not used.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025My family enjoyed our stay here as it was central to all of the landmarks we wanted to visit. Our kids enjoyed the on-site pool. We would definitely book this place again!

Reviewer Comments: My family and I come to Mammoth atleast 3-4 times a year and this is the first rental that we were really wowed by. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, in a great location, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again! It is very rare to find properties this clean. If you are someone who has high standards for cleanliness, this is your place.

Definitely not large enough to accomadate eight-ten people. The downstairs bathroom sink was clogged the entire time of our stay. Also, the lights in the upstairs loft did not work properly
