We booked this home for overflow family during the Christmas holiday. It was a great location, and excellent accommodation for our extended family. The home was clean, the check in was easy and the internet were al in good order. It was especially nice to have a golf cart so that our family could join us at events. Suzie was great!
Loved our stay! Great location, golf was a huge plus and the sunrises were incredible!!!
To start off we had not been given information on how to enter the unit. After almost two hours of calling the rental agent they finally arrived to let us know that the unit had been double booked and said it was a VRBO mistake. They luckily had another unit (with and extra bedroom that we did not need) that they were able to get us into. When we arrived inside the outdoor areas were covered in a layer of dirt and unusable. The floors inside also had a layer of dust so I am assuming this unit had not been used in sometime. They were apologetic about the situation. Soon after they left we realized we had no toilet paper, no paper towels and only a handful of Kleenex. We contacted them again and they said they were drop it in the morning and also arrange for a cleaning. We said we would be gone at 10am and would prefer the cleaners to come then to be covid safe. When we arrived back at the until at 4pm the cleaners were there cleaning the outside. They made us leave our dinner that we were in the middle of eating to clean the inside. At this point we had pretty much had it. I contacted the owner when we returned home and asked for a credit or assistance in contacting VRBO for a credit. They said that because were were upgraded to a unit with and extra bedroom (again, that we didn’t need) and that we had an extra cleaning) that we did not deserve a credit. I responded explaining our side to that and they did not respond. Disappointed in this rental all together. Not the customer service I am used to with VRBO properties and they said they manage over 70 properties in Cabo.
