Beautiful Oceanfront/Inlet Views 2BR/2BA Gated Condo With Pool - Sleeps 6

Austin was a great host: welcoming and responsive!Location was amazing—views of the creek and marsh (complete with dolphins!) and to the right a few hundred yards were wild dunes and easy ocean access.Condo was clean and very well-equipped (no elevator for those who have trouble with stairs and it is 4th floor).Felt safe and secure as it’s inside a gated area.We may go back next Winter!!

The view from the balcony was awesome! We especially enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets!! Low tide brought up the sand bar! We explored the beaches and hiked at one area close by! The condo was conveniently located and very nicely decorated and comfortable! We wish we could’ve stayed longer!! Thanks, we had a great visit!

The location is beautiful! The complex is quiet and so are the people who live/visit there. The condo itself could be updated, and the bedding is not that great. It is only steps to the beach, with an amazing view.

This was our first time staying at Inlet Point, and it did not disappoint. The condo was clean, and nicely updated, and the view was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back, and book with Austin again.

This Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! It has Waterway and Ocean views. The owner is readily available and very pleasant to deal with. We are very particular about the properties that we stay at and we were not disappointed!

We greatly enjoyed our trip and the condo. The view is beautiful and the location perfect. We will be back to stay again. We had plenty of room with our family of 4, and we made a few meals in the kitchen. This condo provided the means for the relaxing trip we all needed!

First, I did overlook the detail about no towels and that was not like anywhere else I have stayed between Air BnB and VRBO so while I find it very odd, it was in the description. Unfortunately, I had what I think was food poising or an allergy from oysters I had and became violently ill and vomited out of a dead sleep in the bedroom. My husband and I tirelessly tried to get it cleaned with minimal cleaning supplies in the unit. There were no paper towels or cleaning towels at all so we used clothes we packed that ended up getting ruined. I have never stayed anywhere that handicapped you from being able to simply wipe up a spill, so cleaning up a sickly accident, wasn’t an easy task but we did our best The unit is far from perfect. It has a great view which is what you pay for. The carpet is old, there’s rust in the bathrooms and discoloration on the flooring already but we tried very hard to be respectful and clean it the best we could even though we knew we had paid the insurance for damage. It’s an aged unit so, I wasn’t turned off by it but it really surprised me that we would be charged $100 extra from the already paid insurance deductible for him to have this “repaired”. It’s a carpet stain that with professional cleaning, it would take it right out. This wasn’t a rip, tear or hole. It was residue from a sick human. was far from perfect already and there was

We have been staying in NMB - Cherry Grove for 30 summers- this short break surpassed every other trip with the benefit of a truly magical location. Check-in/check-out and communication was all flawless. Thank you to the hosts for some much needed peace and rest.

My mother, two teen daughters, and I stayed in the condo, meeting with many other family members in the same complex, for a wonderful week of vacation. I’ve been coming to the beaches in the area my entire life and this location is by far one of the very best to be found. Access to the inlet with it’s sandy beach is steps from the building, easy access to your own condo kitchen and bathroom while lounging by the water is perfect! The furnishings within the unit itself are decent, could use a remodel but are not dilapidated and I’d absolutely stay here again as-is. The Owners’ response to any minor issues was flawless!! The third floor means no one above you and the view is spectacular!! Yes, it’s a three floor walk up but my 75yo mother did it just fine, although I carried all the heavy stuff, she did fine because the stairs are very well maintained. Overall this is an exceptional Owner and property and it’s clear why the past reviews and mine are so well deserved!!!
