Stayed Mar 9, 2024We had a great time at this condo after a rough start. The condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. The owner, however, resolved the issue as quickly as possible. After the initial cleaning all went well. The condo is well maintained and all appliances worked well. The view of the Gulf is wonderful. We would stay again at this condo.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024We loved everything about this condo. Spectacular view, super comfy bed, sparkling clean, well stocked with a great beach wagon. It’s a long walk to the beach so the wagon was very much appreciated. We hope to return to 1212 every year for as long as possible.

Stayed Apr 16, 2022Stacey, your condo is fantastic! The view is incredible, in fact as much as we enjoy eating out on Marco Island, its tough justifying leaving for dinner out at the sunset is incredible. The condo has very nice decor, very clean and well maintained, and very comfortable (beds and couches). The only enhancement that we'd recommend, as we spend long hours on the beach at Tigertail, is some new, more comfortable beach chairs and a more robust umbrella to withstand the stiff (and refreshing) breeze that kicks up at times. These changes would move the experience from awesome to even better! Thanks for an awesome two weeks! Mike and Martha

Stayed Jan 29, 2022Nice condo with a beautiful view. Condo was well equipped The unit overlooks Tigertail Park and the ocean. Very peaceful and safe area. Easy walk to a few restaurants. the condo is located just off the mail street that runs through Marco We would definitely stay there again. Our only need was nicer wine glasses!
