Direct beach access stairs! Enjoy two king bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom shower. Full guest bathroom. This 2-bedroom 2-bath 1,275sqft split floor plan was remodeled in 2021 when the building was modernized following hurricane Matthew. The unit Includes complete furnishings, wi-fi, in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen and cable television in every room.

The lower garage has free parking and remains open during the garage weatherization project. The north lot is also open.

Communal pool, hot tub, gym, club level rooms, building deck and direct beach access stairs are open. Beach access also available by footpath on south side of property.

Peck Plaza, built in 1974, retains much of its historic charm with the 29th floor restaurant and unique, low-clearance parking garage.

A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.

No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.

Includes two parking spaces, one in the parking garage (6' max. ceiling) and the other in the adjacent, uncovered north parking lot.

Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.

No pets of any kind allowed.

Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. No student groups & minimum age of primary guest is 2

    Pros:It is very clean.The beds are comfortable. The condo has updated flooring, cabinets, furniture, tvs, etc.The view of the ocean is fantastic. The pool and hot tub are very nice and clean. It is a short walk to the ocean.Access to the locker in the parking garage is very nice to keep beach toys in. Cons:The tennis court/pickleball court has not been fixed and is not available. The pictures show it, but that is a pre-hurricane picture.The 2nd elevator was broken, so the entire building used 1 elevator. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. If we had been any higher than the 2nd floor it would have been a major frustration.Learning how to get to various floors (parking garage, lobby, etc) was a challenge since the stairs didn't go all the way down to the parking garage.The stairs going up from the lobby floor was almost always locked, which required either waiting a very long time for the elevator or opting to go down to the pool and then back up through the accessible stairway. The parking garage has a maximum height of 6'0. Our Town & Country van barely made it. We opted to park outside most of the time due to accessibility issues listed above.

    The condo itself was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and decorated very nicely. Would stay in a condo like that anytime. The problem is the facility didn’t match up to the condo. It fell way short. To have only 1 elevator operating for 28 floors is ridiculous. I can’t believe the fire Marshall would allow this. Half the time we had to use the stairs. Thanks God we were only on the 5th floor. Totally unexceptable. The hallway were dark and drab. The gray colors were not very attractive. My wife and I went to the restaurant at the top. It was the same way. The lights over the bar were bright. Same drab gray. Nothing on the walls. This restaurant could be very nice if it had a theme with warm colors and some nice wall features. When we left the restaurant the access door to the occupants’ elevator was broken and propped open which made the access to the occupants’ floors accessible to anyone. Again the condo was wonderful but the facility was far short of that.

    Great condo with perfect views that looks like a brand new unit. Everything was like new. New kitchen, new furniture, new appliances. Very well stocked with just about everything you could need. Check in is confusing as to how it's done when your arrive. Better instructions about what to expect when you arrive would be good to give to new people before they show up. I would also suggest a new mattress for the main bedroom. It wasn't the most comfortable and might need to be upgraded. Lastly, although this place was clean, the host was great in communication and the location can't be beat there is one other area that could be improved. When you go to the beach, you should be able to turn the AC down further than 72 degrees, especially when the whole front of the unit is all glass. We had to keep the drapes drawn in the main living/dining room and both bedrooms which meant we couldn't see the ocean during the day because it was just too warm at 72 degrees which is what they request you do to keep the AC unit from freezing. They do provide floor fans for both bedrooms, but moving warm air around is still just warm air. In summary, the unit is well maintained and just right for a two bedroom condo, but the AC needs to be corrected, and the main bedroom mattress could use a refresh. One other note that isn't the host's issue but the building issue. Only one elevator is operational so we had to use the stairs a lot. Luckily it is only 2 floors down to the pool deck so it's okay.

    We came to visit Daytona Beach to see Embry Riddle for my son. Our accommodations were perfect. It was close to the school and right on the ocean. We had a great view of the ocean as well as the pool. We were very pleased and will stay again April who helped us check in, was very personable and helpful. 5 stars!!

    Condo was great! It was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked, the double sliding balcony doors were awesome and the views were great. The facility (Peck Plaza) and all the amenities appeared to be well maintained, the staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and our property management contact, April, was great. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

    We were overall very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and updated with amazing views from each bedroom. The only downside is there was only one elevator working the entire week which made things a little complicated at times.
