Stayed Jul 28, 2025The stay at this condo was wonderful! Communication with the property manager(s) was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the beach and explore the area. The views of the ocean from the balcony were amazing. This condo had all the necessities needed, including items to take on the beach.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025First time staying at Seaside. We loved how close it was to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony. It was a little small and wanted more comfy seating for those evenings watching a movie. Good value for the money.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025This condo has all you need! You can walk to so much! The island has a lot of things to do and see. We are planning another trip in early fall because we definitely didn’t get to everything and we will stay at this condo again! The beach is very spacious too! Kim, the owner, was quick to reply with any questions that we had! Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025On a positive note. The view was amazing. We walked every morning to get coffee which was so nice. The landscape is well kept. Very quiet.The umbrella and wagon was an appreciated addition.On the disappointing side..:The condo and hall need major updates. Very warn and dated.The hall leading to the condo smells likeUrine and the pool was not clear (had a cloudy look) so didn’t use.
