Start your family vacation and summer memories that will last a life time at the Kona Joy. Enjoy our professionally decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath unit in a beautiful luxurious condo building, with lots of light just one short block from the beach! Beautifully finished with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Wi-Fi internet, and more! There is a wet bar complete with wine fridge. Perfect for large or multiple families. Living room has a 55 inch tv with upgraded digital cable, wifi (secured code provided), new stainless steel appliances in kitchen with new granite, hardwood floors to give it that 'beachy feel', comfy outdoor furniture on the private patio to sip a cocktail after the beach or pool. Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker are provided, as are brand new pots and pans, dishes, cutleries, glasses blender, Air fryer and iron. We do provide sheets and towels, but you must wash/dry/fold prior to your check out. If you cannot wash, dry and fold before check out (10 am), then it is best to being your own. You will need 1 queens, 2 full and 2 twin sheet sets. You cannot leave towels in the dryer for the cleaning service. Complex has a heated pool and an outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach days. We offer a master suite with queen bed and a large bathroom, with a walk out balcony. Each second and third bedrooms have full size bed with trundle bed underneath. This unit contains free Cable & Wi-Fi. Living room has 55 inch smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Ceiling fans are also located in the family room and each bedroom to help create a pleasant atmosphere. The building has common elements such as large heated pool, poolside restrooms and shower, elevator, and 2 assigned parking spaces under the covered parking garage. Equipped kitchen with gorgeous countertops and all of the cooking essentials. The balcony offers beautiful relaxing breezes and is the perfect place for people watching while you sip your coffee. Also, for your convenience, the parking level storage unit is available for you to store your outside items. There's so much to do including many free activities throughout the season in the wildwood area. Activities include concerts, fireworks, movies on the beach, parades, etc. It's only a block from the start of the famous wildwood boardwalk, it’s a block from the crest bike bath and a few blocks from a playground and basketball courts. There are plenty of beach rental companies in the area that can supply you with anything ranging from bikes to fishing boats. Although you are within walking distance of the Wildwood Boardwalk, you are also far enough away as not to be disturbed by it’s hustle and bustle. You are only a 20 minute drive away from Cape May with it’s world renowned restaurants, its beautiful Victorian homes and it's quaint shopping experience. Some other ideas for fun while you're in town include an afternoon spent in downtown Cape May, exploring one of the many scenic conservation areas, or leisurely strolls along the boardwalk. The boardwalk also has an outdoor concert area that is perfect for the summertime. This is a family oriented complex and we do not under any circumstances rent to tenants under the age of 21. Also for your convenience, the storage closet is available for you to store your outside items. You will also have the use of two bikes, kiddie toys, beach umbrella, and four beach chairs. Please rinse all of our beach chairs and cart after you use them. Store neatly back in our storage closet. Two parking spots marked and designated for our unit 102 ONLY. No bikes, surf boards, beach chairs are allowed in condo or blocking any walkways, please store them in your vehicle or the storage closet.

Additional Rules:
1. No smoking anywhere in the condo, in the parking area, by the pool, or on the deck. This is a strictly NON-SMOKING policy.
2. We provide linens, sheets, towels -- you must manage your time and wash ,dry and fold before check out at 10 am.
3. No feeding the seagulls and no grilling on the deck or in the building.
4. When not in use turn off the A/C, ceiling fans, lights TVs, etc.
5. Maximum occupancy 8 people. No Pets.
6. No vehicles larger than a panel truck, no vehicles bearing commercial signs or lettering, no mobile home, recreational vehicle, boat, boat trailer or the like shall be parked within the common elements or any parking space.
7. Parking is permitted only in the parking space associated with the unit. There are no exceptions.
8. Trash, garbage or other waste shall be kept in the designated sanitary containers within the condominium trash room for collections.
9. No exterior loudspeaker other than as contained in portable radios or TV sets shall be permitted.
10. Two parking spots marked and designated for our unit 102 ONLY. No bikes, surf boards, beach chairs are allowed in condo or blocking any walkways, please store them in your vehicle or the storage closet.
11. No renter shall burn, chop or cut anything on, over or above the common elements.
12. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on, in or upon the common elements or in the unit nor shall anything be done their in either willfully or negligently which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to other residents of the condominium.
13. The common elements shall be used only for the furnishing of the services and facilities for which they are reasonably intended and suited and which are incident to the use and occupancy of the units.
14. No playing in the hallways, stairways, stairwells or parking garage. No throwing of rocks, debris, or any matter in the common area.
15. Complex has a heated pool and an outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach days. Please rinse all of our beach chairs and cart after you use them. Store neatly back in our storage closet. Dry off completely prior to entering the vestibule, elevator, stairwell, and common bathroom area. There are to be no cloths, sheets, blankets, or laundry of any kind or other articles to be hung or displayed on the outside of windows or placed on the outside windowsills, walls, balcony, or deck of the building or in the parking area.
16. No bicycles, baby carriages, wagons or similar non-motorized vehicles or toys, nor mopeds, motorcycles or similar motorized vehicles shall be parked or otherwise left unattended in any common element, except that a licensed motorcycle can be parked in any marked parking area.
17. Property should be left in the same condition during checkout as found during check in.

    Everything was really nice! Check in was a breeze, rooms and amenities were very comfortable. A block from the beach, two blocks from the park/ playground with a splash pad. The nearby park was a great feature for my 2- year old granddaughter, especially on days when we couldn't go in the ocean because of weather. Overall, a great family vacation, would definitely return.

    We greatly enjoyed the condo. The amenities were perfect for our family of 7. The host is very attentive and accommodating. We didnt have any issues and will be recomending and returning again. There is a bonus with the parking location, no obstructions (columns or walls) with easy access. Greatly appreciate you sharing this unit with us!

    Excellent location! Easy walk to the beach and the playground/splash park. Lots of items for the beach, bikes, etc. and was very grateful for the high chair seat and other kid stuff! Great communication with host!

    I did not know our guest parked in the wrong spot. I apologized when we realized our error and the car was moved. We paid a violation for that. We were asked to leave early because the parents were out getting lunch. I did not know we had to be in condo with teenage kids (some18+) 24/7, or it was also considered a violation. The dryer stopped working and we were asked to pay for the dryer.

    Sheetal was a wonderful host. The property was perfect for us. I liked the quiet location and the nice private deck. Off street parking was a plus and the pool was nice. We will be back, hopefully soon.

    Although there was a small snafu with the AC, our host Sheetal was immediately available to speak with and followed up on things rapidly. Everything was great; nice location to the beach and bike rental place and playground. And the pool was never busy but lovely!
