Beautiful! Ocean View 2BR 2BA Villa - Steps from Beach

Very cozy, updated and clean. Owner is easy to work with and you can't beat the location.

Beach view was okay, not exactly like the picture. You couldn't see any sand, lots of water - long range view but no buildings in front of the view and it had a nice breeze the whole time.

Family of 4-Kids ages 5&9. Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Perfect size for our family. We really enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the deck at night and in the morning. Easy walk to beach and pool. Would highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the room, property and the location. Would recommend to others.

The villa was very clean and furniture was up to date. The only problem I had was the TV remote to the twin bed room did not work properly but overall the stay was great, will definitely use this property again.

Great economical vacation! The condo was updated and spotless, kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfortable, only negative was fluorescent light bulbs - too bright, but the condo was inviting and comfortable, nice open floor plan and great seating on balcony. Loved walking to the tennis courts and beach, very accessible. Property grounds well maintained, friendly staff! The teens enjoyed all the same amenities and more with a short walk to putt putt. Really enjoyed our stay.

Ok, place was very clean. Communication was 6 out of 5. Very responsive. View of the sunrise from the Balcony ( in April ) was lacking. Sunrise view from a short walk to the beach was great. I recommend going to the other side of the building and using that walkway to the beach instead of the one closest to the room. Place was quiet. good

Property was as pictured. We had great weather and the beach was right there. Lots of restaurants nearby. Crazy Crab, Salty Dog, Fiesta Fresh were all great. Not much in amenities ie. toilet paper, soap etc. We were very comfortable with 4 adults. Travel for a day in Savannah was fun and easy.

Very disappointing that the owners zoomed past the parking lot located below the balcony to only show a close up view of the ocean from the balcony.

I dropped my charger behind the bed and when I pulled the bed out there was a candy bar wrapper, A sock, and balls off dust. It was kind of gross

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Check in at the main office is always quick and easy. The condo was very clean when we arrived, whoever is cleaning this unit is doing an amazing job. The pictures shown on the listing are accurate and the owners have done a beautiful job renovating. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, cups and pans and we loved that there were ice trays in the freezer. We have stayed at the beach and tennis resort multiple times over the years and this condo is our favorite. Perfect location to the stairs, elevator, and laundry room. We hope to book again next summer- or sooner!

This condo is beautiful! It has an awesome beach view. The condo was very clean and just as described. There was plenty enough room for our group of five. I would definitely recommend.

This villa is absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious. The bathrooms are newly remolded very nice. The kitchen is beautifully remolded and spacious! The 2 sliding glass doors for the balcony is great! The balcony is spacious the view is nice. The location to walk to the beach is just a few mintues away. 1 very large pool with many activities going on. 1 small quite pool to also enjoy and not crowded. Great location. A very clean Tennis and Beach resort. Nice employees all around. We enjoyed our stay very much here. Highly recommend!

From when I booked the reservation until we went, a year passed. The condo had a brand new look! In the time in between it was remodeled. It was very clean, bright, well decorated. Freshly painted, with new flooring, new kitchen counters, some new appliances and furniture among other things. Best was the conversion of a bath tub to a nice walk in shower in the master bath. Everything you could want in a kitchen was there pan and dish wise. The condo is very convenient to the boardwalk to the beach, and if you look in the closet you will find chairs, beach toys, a boogie board. The bedrooms have a chest with good drawer and closet space. A nice home away from home. You climb 10 step to reach the 1st floor, walk to the close elevator, and exit on the 2nd floor just 20 steps from the elevator. Easy. The balcony is cute; we spent a lot of time there. We had no issues with noise from people on the stairs, in fact, I missed that the stairs were even close. We contacted the owners once over a small issue, and they were so very nice; problem solved immediately - good communication. I had issues with very few things, 1. Lack of space to hang wet towels. etc., we bought a cheap fold up rack to use. 2. The quality of the towels from the linen service was poor. 3. The ocean view is even more limited than stated in the description. You can hardly make out the beach, umbrellas, or any people.That said, I would rate it 9.9 out of 10. Highly recommended. Excellent place!
