-Condo #2303 is equipped with a Keyless Entry – No key to hassle with.

-The living area has an amazing view of the beach and opens to the balcony. The master suite is
accommodated: with a King-Size bed, upgraded mattress and lines; ceiling fan; 47” wall-mounted HD
TV w/DVD player; USB bedside charging stations.

-Master suite also has a large sliding glass window for viewing the Gulf of Mexico and sliding door which
opens to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a tub/shower combo (equipped with 2
handicap/assist bars).

-The guest room is accommodated with Queen-Size bed with upgraded mattress and linens; Bunk bed for the kids; and bedside
USB charging station; 32-inch wall-mounted, flat screen TV w/DVD player; and ceiling fan. The guest
bathroom has a tub/shower combination equipped with 2 handicap/assist bars.

2303’s balcony is among the largest in the area and is completely private. The balcony is protected
from the winds and is relatively warm all year.

PARKING: One reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During the spring break and summer busy seasons, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. Overflow parking is available across the street on a first come, first serve, basis. If the overflow parking lot fills, a second space can not be guaranteed. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greta’s condo is the best! We’ve came to PCB for years and stayed other rentals, but this is the Best! Everything was stocked, appliances were newer. It is on the top floor so veiw is breathtaking. 3 downsides: 1.Pots and pans were all scratched and peeling at the bottoms- cancer causing Teflon coating. 2.Pillow cases, blankets, and towels had stains. 3.The condo is located right by the AC units so it can be noisey. There were sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, some seasonings etc. just in case you forget to bring. Greta’s is the BEST.

Only thing that was not the best is the parking garage. Not big enough to even turn the corners. Always have to back up and straighten up to get around corners. Parking space is very tight for a 4 runner!

    The condo was very clean and had nice updates. We got very prompt service when we had a question about the thermostat and one of the ceiling fans. The parking garage was very tight and not easy to navigate in a bigger SUV. It was very busy in our location and that would have been nice to know ahead of time as we prefer something more quiet. The inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella set up daily was a big plus!

The entire experience was seamless and delightful. The condo offered stunning views that were truly breathtaking. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the convenience of having beach chairs available made our time by the shore even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect getaway that exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend staying here and when we come back to PCB we would stay here again.

    We had a great time at this condo. We have traveled multiple different places all over the world and this is definitely one of the cleanest condo and grounds. Staff very helpful and considerate. Felt very comfortable with my girls walking to the pool alone they are 13 but security was always on the gate. We had a package accidentally placed in a mailbox and Riley and security was able to help us retrieve it. Our only complaint was the parking spots in the garage. Definitely bring a smaller car. Location was fabulous beaches were not crowded due to location but close enough to be everywhere quickly. If you go eat at the Local Steamer. The view from the condo is AMAZING! The beach attendants were very considerate. Two beach chairs come with the condo, but there are 6 in the laundry closet. They have a wagon to help transport items. Bring a cooler, most everything we needed was in the condo. Bring crab crackers if you plan on eating in the room. Crockpot, coffee maker. Everything was FABULOUS.
