Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleased with the rental condo. It was the only one elevator working that was awful for a holiday weekend!! The wait time was so frustrating. Sometimes 15 minues. Once you did get the elevator it was packed. They did try to make it better by Saturday by getting a worker to run the elevator but there was still a wait time. I walked up one time. Not fun.

We love this property so much this was our second year coming back! The hospitality app the owners use to provide check-in information is easy and helpful, arrival check-in with security is simple and the covered parking garage is fantastic. The condo is well appointed, has all the beach items you'll need for younger kids as well as Beach Service for two chairs and an umbrella throughout your stay. The pools on property are well maintained and we have never heard any noise from the pool area once inside the condo with the balcony door shut. Speaking of the balcony....it's the Best Feature! Our family loves to hang out there in the evenings after dinner and listen to an audiobook before we take a twilight walk on the beach. After two years in a row here we have only found two drawbacks: 1) the property grill is charcoal. It's difficult and time consuming to grill on charcoal, so a gas grill would be appreciated, and 2) the King size mattress in the master bedroom really needs replaced. If you sleep too close to the edge it will roll you out into the floor, but if you sleep closer to the middle it will roll you into your partner. Both drawbacks are far outweighed by the features and convenience of the condo and the wonderful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

However, the building itself could definitely use some TLC. At some points there was only one elevator working, two was the max and the wait could be 5-10 minutes at times. The parking spaces are a bit narrow, but I did appreciate the security at the building. The beach attendant would hover around and snatch up chairs and umbrellas quickly, I guess he and his girlfriend wanted to leave. But there should be a clear hours for the chairs and a much better system to reserve chairs. It seemed to be at his discretion.

This was a beautiful condo! Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The balcony had very comfortable furniture, as did the living room. We will definitely be looking to book here again in the future.

The rental was nicely appointed, well furnished, had plenty of space for our family of four and even had a full size washer/dryer. That's a huge bonus.It's not as large as some of our past condo's, however the balcony made it all perfect. We spend every morning before the beach and each evening before bed out here. The pool was very clean, and maintained each morning. The security staff was helpful, and we appreciate that they were keeping watch. The parking garage is a little odd, and I'm not sure I'd want to try parking in one of the spots in high season when more cars are there. I have a Highlander and was concerned about getting door dinged, but thankfully the space next to us was empty all week.Our only issues were that we needed a mixing bowl that wasn't a ginormous chip bowl, and the one average sized frying pan was unusable because of a problem with the coating on it - everything stuck. We dropped an email to the office and they responded within a couple hours and brought us new items that afternoon. Super helpful and friendly.The dishwasher is new, but has an incredibly sensitive front interface. If you start it and then walk too near it, it stops the washing cycle and you have to restart it again when you realize what's happened. We did get an error code on it while staying here, but the manager came promptly and fixed the water supply issue.Having beach service chairs was excellent, and much appreciated.Our only downside to our stay was that the property grills are charcoal instead of gas. It's a personal preference, but we don't care for the taste of the charcoal, nor having to purchase and deal with it. It's a small thing, really.Our security deposit was refunded in the time stated on the contract and without my having to request it. The balcony is amazing with the perfect view and plenty of seating. The living room furniture is very nice and the recliner is a great addition. The kitchen had everything we needed including a small storage shelf that was perfect for holding your snacks, etc so they were not spread out everywhere. It was also convenient being on the 6th floor. A/C worked well and the unit stayed nice and cool. Full size washer and dryer were in perfect condition so we left with clean clothes which makes this mom happy.Location of the condo is also really nice, the beach was not too crowded because it’s the only high rise. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores without being in a heavily congested area.Overall everything was just what we needed and we would stay again.

Very nice place to stay. Condo was clean and cozy. Loved the outdoor furniture on the patio. Easy beach access and plenty of chairs and umbrella’s for use.

This condo was very beautiful and spacious! The balcony was a dream! It was my favorite spot all week long! We had such a great family vacation, will be coming back!

One of the cleanest rentals I've been in. The balcony is the best room, but the master is a close second because of the super comfy mattress. Bath towels were fresh and fluffy, and there were many of them. The pool is basic, but crystal clear and clean. We were never disturbed by stomping feet on the floors above us or the sounds of wall-sharing neighbors - very quiet during the night. We highly recommend this unit.

Our first time at this condo was May 2022. We loved it so much that we came back!!! The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay and is very clean and comfy…The balcony is amazing! We sit out there all evening till the early morning, and do it all over again the next day! Thanks for the chair service as well. Thanks for sharing your home with us; we hope to come back again!
