Beautiful Ocean Front end Unit Enjoy a Glass a Wine Under the Stars

The over sized deck looking out onto the ocean was the best. Even on our one bad weather day we had 10 dolphins hanging out right in front of our condo. The inside of the condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Appliances are new and we had everything we needed to cook dinner. Air conditioners in the main area and bedroom kept the condo cool as temperatures outside were in the 90's. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that can handle walking up 3 flights of steps.

Some things could be improved. The ac unit in the bedroom didn't work and cable wasn't working at first. Cleaning people are ripping the owner off. Door to patio, dront door, fridge handle needs to be repaired.

Everything was great except the fact the internet and tv didnt get turned on till Thursday and then Friday they turned it back off... also not ac in the bedroom... had to buy a fan because it was toooo hot for my kids to sleep in there.. i would stay there again if Everything was fixed and cleaned better...

View was spectacular, as advertised!! Property owner was quick to respond to questions prior and at beginning of stay! My family had a great time! Hope to come back next year!

It was amazing. Fresh roses on table when we walked in. Was spotless. View and access to beach incomparable. Close proximity to stores. Above my expectations. Seen dolphins, jelly fish and variety of other animals. Would definitely go again.

Could use some updates . But other wise we had a great stay!

The place definitely needs some TLC. Patio door is hard to open. Closet door is broken. The people that are cleaning are ripping the owner off for sure. The view is incredible, the beach is a nice area with not a lot of people. We had a great time on vacation we have definitely stayed in worse.

Amazing view and a short walk to the beach!!! I personally loved it. My family,however, had a few issues with the limited places to store our things and the fact that the pull out couch was broken. Luckily, we just went out and bought an air mattress. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation nonetheless. The property owner was kind and super helpful(:

First, this location is amazing. You are on the beach, and all surrounding buildings are only 3-4 stories high, so this section of the beach is a lot less crowded than closer to the boardwalk to the south, or closer to the larger hotels/buildings to the north. There is a super market about 2 minutes drive, and a larger food lion less than 10 minutes away. Plenty of mini golfs, restaurants around. Second, the view and terrace are one of a kind. Internet and TV worked well for us. Owner was responsive to a question we had. Bedroom has queen and full size beds and there is still room left. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom, although dated, was clean and functional. Could the cleaning service do a better job? Sure, we did not get the feeling they spent too much time mopping the floors. Does it matter? No. Apartment was as clean as your average rental that is cleaned by a service. Nice floor throughout. Quiet building. We found the furniture to be comfortable enough. Looking forward to booking again for next year.

The manager and or property owner tries to make up damages to blackmail you for money. He sent me and email saying that the place was left in a mess so I should send him 1000 dollars. Fortunately we took pictures and when i sent him the pictures he said, that was not the point. not sure what the point is, the property was left the way it was found.

Upon arrival, there was a foreclosure letter plastered on the door for the property owner! The unit is located on the 3rd floor which is up 4 flights of stairs. The flooring right outside the front door where the A.C is dripping water felt as if you could fall through the warped flooring! I'm not sure who is getting paid the cleaning fee that guests pay upon booking this property - as the unit was absolutely filthy! Caked on dust and gritty sand on floor. Upon our arrival the kitchen area was polluted with ants- had to spend the first 2 hrs of our vacation traveling to buy ant traps and spray. The cabinets were cluttered- had to rewash any dishes we used not to mention the dish washer was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. The handle on the oven was broken. The shelving in the fridge also broken. When you opened the fridge door your condiments would fall on the floor. There is no closet space to use. No place to hang your clothes. The bedroom curtain rod was broken pulling out of the wall. The one bed is pushed up against the only closet which was full of clutter ! The breaker blew upon using a blow dryer. The television only worked half of the time. The furniature was horrible! It was covered with material coverings but in addition to that, I had to use our own towels and sheets to put on top of those dirty coverings. The icing on the cake was that washer did not even work! My husband spent another two hrs trying to get it to work. Our first three days we did not have a washer to use . Only after contacting VRBO did the owner - instruct my husband to locate a tennant on the 1st floor who could help with this!
