Beautiful Ocean Front, Deluxe 2 BR/BA , Free Wifi, Prime Location.

There was nothing we did not like definitely everything was wonderful the communication was great definitely return customer. We enjoyed the Big lagoon pool and the waterfalls my grandkids love the hot tubs and the beach our hostess was very informative and was on call anytime we had a question and gave us a lot of amenities beach toys and chairs beach towels it was great we didn't have to worry about that we had forgot something at home.

The property was nice. Loved the pool and overall everything was great. We had an issue with the room not being cleaned when we arrived. The owner quickly contacted the cleaners: they came out right away but it was still inconvenient especially when you’re ready to relax after driving nearly 12 hours. She did say she’d make it up and send a gift card which I never received. But overall our stay was nice even with that mishap.

The condo was just as described for our family of 6. It was clean. The beds were all comfortable even the sofa bed. It was nice to be by the big pool and the beach. My kids loved all the beach accessories. The owner was super nice and communicated well.

Perfect place to stay, just like home but add the huge pool and the beach all sooo close!

I have been coming to PCB for over 40 years and this has to be my favorite place to stay. The view from the balcony and bedroom were amazing! We all loved the pool area. The beds were all comfortable but my favorite piece of furniture was the reading/lounge chair in the master bedroom. Hopefully we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, within walking distance of many attractions. The host provided important communication prior to our visit. The condo was clean, and the hosts provided some nice amenities, such as beach toys and chairs.

Edgewater properties are always amazing. This second floor unit is just as wonderful. Everything is very clean, and there are plenty of nice quality towels in both bathrooms. Both bedrooms have TVs and extra blankets, etc. Our party of eight had plenty of room. I started each morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee looking over the lagoon pool and ocean. Jeannie is the owner, and is very responsive. She always does her part to make our stay stress free. This was our third time staying in this particular unit. Looking forward to next time!

Property as described and listed photos are accurate. Second floor location made it easy to avoid elevators during the busy season.

This is not a horrible place by anymeans and the host is very sweet and comunicates well . The pool area is very nice! However, everything in the condo is in much need of an update!!! It was fairly clean, but several areas could have used some TLC. Couch is wore out ,the front door was hard to lock, we constantly had water on the bathroom floor when showering and the beach chairs/umbrella service is not even at this facility. Its quite the hike with all of your belongings and kids in tow even with a wagon- not convenient! Not a bad place, but definitely needs some love! Just wasnt quite what we expected.
