Beautiful newly updated water-view condo with pool, sundeck, & gym

The location is nice. The apartment was a bit dirty and outdated.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the room when we walked in! Nice rooms and plenty of room for our family of four. Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool deck with places to sit. Would definitely stay here again! In walking distance from grocery store.

Overall this property is great. It's not the most updated property but it's nice, clean and the staff is friendly. Access to the beach is close to the pool and has multiple showers/hoses for rinsing off after you've been at the beach. Each unit has it's own parking spot too so it's nice to not have to worry about where you're going to park. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well.

The location of this condo along the beach is great and more relaxed than what you would find on the boardwalk. It's well decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. Building staff was always friendly and helpful. Beach Access is right by the pool with several outdoor showers/hoses for rinsing off after coming back from the beach. Condo was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenage boys). Closets are large and spacious as well as lots of drawer space in the dresser. We had a great experience here!

The pool and deck were amazing, lots of chairs and tables with umbrellas. With a spacious deck beside it. The beach access and area to rinse off was nice as well. Lots of places to eat within a block or two and grocery right across the street. The unit was clean and spacious with a nice balcony that overlooked the pool and beach.

Place was dirty. Black mold in the freezer stained floors carpets. Also the lock to the balcony was broken and we had kids huge safety issue! We had to leave before even settling in and book another place we did not feel safe staying there with our kids.

It was a very easy process and the house was clean, will be using this service again

The location is excellent. Right on the beach, and having the pool was very nice. Overall, the room left a lot to be desired. the pillows had some stains and were so, so flat. furniture is pretty ragged, and we lost hot water so only 2/4 guests could take showers. Ended up leaving the property a day early. If you end up getting a good deal on this place I would say go for it, but not worth paying top dollar.

Our stay was perfect, the only complaint was the weak wifi.

I'll start with the good parts first. Any staff we encountered were friendly snd helpful. Check in and check out wete through text so that was very easy. The building's pool was nice and you could get directly to the beach from there, it was a very short and safe/easy walk (which is great when you have young children'). The unit also had some puzzles and games which was nice since we didnt bring many toys. Overall i would stay in this building again but likely not this unit. With the exception of the master suite the unit was pretty outdated with dingy/junky furnishings. The kitchen knobs were all wobbly and half off, the freezer handle was taped on and the fridge pooled water all over our food. The container for eggs broke into pieces in my hand because of how much water it absorbed in the fridge. There was dirty dishes in the cabinets with clean dishes, no coffee pot (we used the glass measuring cup though), dirty stuff in with the silverware, the floors turned our feet black within a few hours of being there despite the fact that when we first entered the unit the scent of Fabulouso was over powering. Fabulouso has no antibacterial properties so you get all the germs from the previous guests, i had to buy lysol to clean myself. Dressers smelt so bad i could not store our clothes in them and the beds were so hard even our kids woke up complaining of back pain. Again, building/location fine but this unit was not great, especially for the price.

Great spacious condo with awesome views of both the ocean and the bay.

We loved our place. It was cute, cozy, up to date and had a pretty view of the ocean. Our kids loved the pool and it was very clean and nice! All the staff we came in contact with were very friendly. The only complaints we had were the one bedroom comforter had a stain and smelled like pee, but the sheets didn’t, we didn’t have any hand soap or scissors so after using the bathroom, eating etc we couldn’t wash our hands.. and the WiFi didn’t work. We used the network and password provided and it kept saying it was wrong. Not a huge deal because we didn’t spent much time on the internet anyway, but our 8 and 10 year olds wanted to watch some videos and couldn’t. Other than that we enjoyed our short stay and even with the small issues we had, we’d stay again.

This condo is in the perfect spot - beach is in walking distance as well as restaurants- plus it was SO clean and fresh!! We will definitely stay there again!
