This beautiful luxury condo was recently & completely renovated and is one of the finest and most beautiful condos of its size that you have ever seen. On a scale of 1 to 10, it is definitely a 10. The owner of this condo rents this home to people of discriminating taste who will take good care of it as if it were their own. This condo is professionally managed so as to optimize your lodging experience.
This condo is a 1-bedroom + den, 2-bathroom unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed and connects to a master bathroom with a steam shower. The den has a queen sofabed. The living room also has a queen sofabed. Though the condo can theoretically sleep up to six people, we prefer to limit the number of guests to four, though exceptions might be considered. The condo features a radiant, hydronic, in-floor heating system throughout the unit (considered to be the best and most comfortable heating system there is); custom cabinetry; travertine (a natural stone) and carpeted floors with beautiful decorative rugs; wood-beamed ceiling with canned lighting system; sliding opaque glass pocket-door/wall systems to create privacy between rooms, the walls/doors can be slid into pockets (constructed in the fixed walls) to open up the adjoining rooms.
Kitchen: Spectacular walnut, raised-panel, custom cabinetry with maple dental molding; Subzero refrigerator and GE Monogram dishwasher with matching walnut raised-panels; GE Monogram range; exotic granite counters; travertine stone floor with a beautiful decorative oriental rug; granite desktop (with wireless Internet connection) near the kitchen.
Living room: Wood-burning fireplace with beautiful copper (green patina) hood; glass window-wall system overlooks the mountains with two sliding-glass floor-to-near-ceiling windows with glass safety panels; two bar stools at granite counter overlooking adjoining kitchen & living room; custom walnut raised-panel TV/audio cabinet system; sofa bed; hickory rocking chair with matching fixed chair and table; carpeted floor with beautiful decorative runners; custom, built-in walnut bookcases that match the walnut raised-panel TV/audio cabinet and custom kitchen cabinetry.
Master bedroom & bathroom: Queen bed; bird's-eye maple, raised-panel custom cabinetry (drawers, closets & matching headboard) with built-in reading lights; flat-screen TV; carpeted floor with a beautiful decorative runner. Connecting to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with matching raised-panel, bird's-eye maple, custom cabinetry; exotic granite counter; built-in flat-screen TV, walk-in shower with steam shower system; comfort-height toilet.
Den: This room overlooks the mountains; shades can be drawn for privacy; queen sofa bed; sliding opaque glass wall/door system to create privacy between rooms, or this wall/door can be slid into pockets constructed into fixed walls to open up this room to adjoining rooms, thus creating an open feeling. If the guests of this den want closet space, they can use a nearby closet. Additionally, if they want even more space, there is storage space in the nearby custom walnut cabinet. Also, the master bedroom has been designed and constructed with two sets of custom built-in closet/drawer systems; multiple guests in your group can use these custom closet/drawer systems -- There is an abundance of drawer and closet space in this spectacular condo.
Second bathroom: Custom-built, raised-panel cherry cabinetry with maple dental molding; granite counter top; comfort-height Toto toilet; shower-bathtub with sliding glass patrician/door.
Storage locker: There is a storage locker in the lower level of this building where skies, snowboards, golf clubs, etc. can be stored.
Laundry room: There is a separate laundry room on the first floor of the Snowflake building (coin-operated machines).
Other amenities: High-speed wireless Internet; printer; three flat-screen cable TVs.
3 to 5-night minimum stay, depending upon the time of the year -- Longer stays are preferred and take priority.

Great condo. This one offers a locker just steps from clipping in your skis and jumping on the super bee lift. The condo is nice and big and great views. Everything works in the condo and they have everything you need. The owner was very generous with checking in and checking out. The communication was great and answered any question I had. Very accommodating.
We loved the location of the condo in East Village, and the condo was impeccable. In fact, I felt the photos online didn’t do it justice. The owner was very kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. We did have a hiccup with parking when we first arrived and someone else being in the designated parking spot, but they eventually moved and we were able to park in the spot no problem the rest of the weekend. Let me start by saying my wife & I own a wedding venue with multiple lodging spaces on our property so we tend to view other properties with a pretty critical eye looking at details for ideas for when we return home. We travel quite a bit and stayed in some pretty high end properties. I can tell you Alf’s place (Snowflake 208) is stunning. The communication that Alf provided by both email and in his time on phone calls was the most helpful thing we have ever received and offered on a trip. You can tell he loves what he does and has a passion to help others. That is just the beginning of all I can say about this condo. The location is unbelievable. When looking out the living room window, you’re literally looking at the super b lift just steps away, also looking right down on top of Christy Sports (highly recommend for ski equipment rentals ) and a seperate locker just steps away from their. Not to mention you are also staring at the entrance to restaurants. It’s also a very short walk away from the shuttle to go explore center or west village. However you can easily go up super b and navigate down to center or west v with just going on one very simple blue and greens the rest of the way to center. We are intermediate so we were nervous about being in east with mostly blue and black runs but I can tell you it was way less crowded on the east side and we thoroughly enjoyed it there. The details of the condo are way too many to list. The finishings inside are top end - countertops and organized and well stocked. It is hard to pick up on pictures that there is a master bedroom plus another like 2nd living room that has sliding privacy doors from the bedroom side as well as main living room that you can pull to create a 2nd bedroom if needed with privacy. The steam shower was amazing and so was the 2nd bath with tub/shower. The place was immaculately cleaned . We also enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, as well as a wood room downstairs to load up yourselves with a wood cart. Also a nice convenience is a luggage cart. The parking spot underneath the garage on the bottom level is super convenient and makes it easy to get in and out & load/unload. We absolutely will be back and stay here . No need to look at other places if on the fence deciding . The pics we saw on the listing are not great from the lighting so I was slightly hesitant about that but boy was I wrong. The pics don’t do this place justice. Loved our stay here and will return! - Ted

You won’t find a more caring and informative not to mention helpful host. Nothing is left for guesswork. Not places to ski, eat, shop ext. Alf is definitely a Super host and a super nice guy. The condo is situated right below the Bee Lift. You wake up and go to sleep watching all the action, yet it’s still quiet. Can’t wait to go back and wouldn’t look any further than Alfie’s place. 5 stars for sure
This home was everything we hoped for and more! It was spacious and welcoming with an awesome view! It was quite the experience to feel so at home on the mountain. The most attentive and caring host made sure we were both comfortable and informed. He created the best experience possible!
Property was clean and exactly what we wanted. Very close to the Super B lift and the ski locker was an added bonus that made the stay even easier.
Have regularly skied at Copper Mountain and have stayed at many accommodations at the mountain base. None have been any nicer or more convenient. My wife and I stayed for a week and had accommodations for friends to join us for a couple of days. The owner was incredibly accommodating and attentive to any need we had. The condo is beautifully renovated and updated. The access to the Super Bee lift could not have been more convenient. All in all it made for a great ski vacation.
This condo is beautifully appointed and the owner was always available for any questions. The ski locker was literally steps from the lift! We loved to “apre-ski” at JJ which was right outside the condo, great music, food and drinks. Really nice trip. Thanks
This unit was perfectly situated at the base of the East Village of Copper. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated and just a few steps to ski rental, lift and other amenities. The owner has been going to Copper for 40 years and was a great resource for our trip. Highly recommend for a couple or a small family.
We had a wonderful stay, location is perfect true ski and ski out condo. Condo is beautiful well decorated and well-maintained. Alf the property owner was very helpful, Informing us about the condo in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this location for an excellent ski in ski out vacation
