Lovely property and great location!
Great place. Very clean and centrally located. Would use again. Thank you
Have stayed in some “rustic” places in Leadville but this was an excellent apartment in a beautiful historic building in the old hospital.
Fantastic little place- old charm and modern amenities- would definitely stay again
The property was amazing! It is very well decorated; clean; communication from the owner exceptional. I did not notice when booking the property, but it has a sauna and other amenities which are very nice. The only comment for improvement is the wall fireplace does not seem to work and I had trouble finding the keylock to the place given I arrived in the dark. It is located on the 1st floor railing not on the 3rd floor. One does need to access the place via the outside stairs but they are safe. I would stay here again definitely!
We had a wonderful stay in this cute Leadville apartment! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The historic property has been very well maintained. Just be aware the entrance to the third floor is accessible via the outdoor fire escape (very well constructed and sturdy). I only mention that because my husband is afraid of heights, so he didn't love that, but he got used to it and really enjoyed the place as well!
I had a wonderful experience! The building is lovely The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable!! I would love to return!! Laura
This property had panoramic views of the mountains. Nice breeze with the open windows. The apartment was well appointed with all the amenities. Clean, and comfortable bed. Good location in town, adjacent to hiking trails and rafting options. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.
We had a great time skiing and the property was perfect for our family
I love how the apartment was decorated. It was beautiful and well equipped. My only complaints would be it was drafty which made it cold and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi which the property manager helped navigate.
