Stayed Jan 18, 2026Great communication and no hassles. It's a commercial IHG property, and the amenities/kitchen stuff was fine. Great central location, though there's not a convenience store or anything nearby. Parking is free and plentiful.Bring your own nicer coffee machine if you want one. Be aware that unlike many VRBO, the cupboards will be BARE of things like sugar/teabags/condiments/spices.

Stayed Jan 8, 2026The apartment was very nice and perfect for two couples. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels, shower gel etc check in and out were very easy and the host was helpful. Most of all it is incredibly convenient to the Sphere. From the back of the property you walk through a gate you walk through a gate and you’re in Sphere emplouee parking

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Great accommodation and hospitality! Jerry and Nancy are wonderful hosts, communicating everything that you should know prior to your arrival and it was exactly as they said. They arrange us a view to the Sphere from our rooms. Incredible view. Very easy late check-in and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025We had a wonderful time at this resort. It is so nice to be off the strip but close enough to walk. Very clean resort and very spacious rooms. This was our second time visiting. We will be back. Great hosts! Very responsive.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025Exactly what we needed. Awesome property great location. Immediately adjacent to Caesars forum and sands expo center. Perfect oasis after long days of Vegas chaos. Property owner was great, communication was excellent, including dealing with a few logistical issues on our end. Would recommend 100%

Stayed May 24, 2024in town for back to back weekends at the Sphere. Great location for the Sphere. Property was clean & well maintained. Units were nice; a bit dated but still nice. Easy walk to the Strip; nice to be off the strip for some peace. Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed May 14, 2024My wife and I stayed here with our friends right before our wedding. Your place was amazing! There’s not a single thing we could have asked for. It had everything that we needed and it was so comfy and cozy. We wish we could have brought this place with us for the rest of our trip! Thanks so much and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Vegas! Also love how it’s away from everything but still within walking distance. It’s a quiet sanctuary to come back to after a long chaotic day!
