Beautiful lakefront home w/free WiFi, full kitchen, shared pool & hot tub

The main family room TV was not working the entire stay which put a damper on the trip. After reaching out to the mgt company, there was no compensation offered either for the inconvenience.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party. The place was well kept up with. We all enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fast communication with the host when we had questions. Definitely worth it and recommend it to everyone of all parties!

Condo itself was nice enough - comfortable sofas, king bed, decent enough bunk beds. Kitchen was nice, though it said they had salt, pepper, a few other basic spices stocked - they did not. Bathrooms are nice enough, but a couple grab bars in the showers/near the toilets would be helpful. VACASA told me 3 different times that the condo had elevator access - it DOES NOT. If my MIL had been in a wheelchair, we'd have been up a creek. It was a bit difficult as it was for her to go up and down the stairs but she managed. However, had we been told there was no elevator, we would have booked elsewhere.

Would not stay here again. Overall, property was mostly clean, has a musty/mildew smell to it. Kitchen is by no means fully equipped; majority of items are mismatched cups, plates, bowls, missing lids, and no cord to electric skillet. Silverware provided included broken handles with residue within the exposed cracks, knives were found scattered about, mostly in top of fridge cabinet. We rewashed everything we planned to use before use. No simple condiments of any kind (salt, pepper) with the exception of some takeout silverware packets found in the back of another cabinet that included salt and pepper paper single use packets. No info provided on how to access outdoor pool or tennis courts, nor if guests can utilize “Owner / Guest Storage” kayak storage rack. We messaged owners about this within hours of arrival; received a response over 24 hours later that they were researching this and would let us know. No response. After a follow up message, they finally replied less than 24 hours before our checkout time that in fact, guests are not allowed to use this storage. Management response time is completely unacceptable and quite unwelcoming - they clearly had no concerns with the inconvenience of the situation nor the timing of their responses. Of note, there is a doorbell camera on the front door which clearly activates with motion, recording your departures and arrivals. No where in the listing is this information disclosed, a clear violation of VRBO policy.

This home was perfect. The view was amazing and it was very spacious.

Nice location but could use a but more cleaninng outdoor and indoor especially the indoor pool.

More of a motel feeling than a condo, could use a little more cleaning indoor and outdoor.

Stayed the weekend. Love the amenities and the family loved the private pool. Will recommend and will stay again in the future.

Some of our group had never been to the dells before so we planned a weekend trip. The condo we booked was perfect for our needs. Perfect location spacious and clean. Would highly recommend renting this condo.

We come to these condos year during the summer. The only downfall of this stay would be the pool. The indoor pool is always on the cool side. But this time, the water was FREEZING, where even the kids didn’t want to go in. Don’t think we will come back in the off season because of this.

The unit worked well for our family of 4 for a week in the area. Easy parking. This specific unit did not have elevator access which was tough with luggage etc. if you’re wanting something that’s clean and practical for a decent price this is.

We were 6 friends staying for the weekend. It had everything we needed, was centrally located, and the balcony overlooking Lake Delton was beautiful.

Only a couple nights here — Grandparents taking three grand boys on a trip to the Dells. Enjoyed the area — restaurants, etc. Could find no parking pass emailed about it — did respond back but never did find it, but vehicle did not get towed. Could not find check out list so did what we thought should be done. All in all a good time!

The property was clean and the view was beautiful. The space was also perfectly adequate for 6 adults, as listed. The lock had a long code, but once we figured out that you turn the lock after entering the code, entry and locking was quick and easy.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. I didnt expect there to be dishes and trwsh bags etc. Even tho we brought our own that was a nice suprise. The only knit pick things are the following. 1. Does the door code need to be 10 digits? It was super frustrating at times tho by the last day it was no issue. 2. The movie style loves seats, one of them appeared to be damaged as its back was not straight so we avoided sitting in it. 3. The back door sticks 4. The guest bathroom is super hard to flush. 5. The large jaquizzi bath tub was nice but by the time it was filled enough to turn on jets the hot water ran out. Again nothing major and over all we enjoyed and would consider coming back.

The property is clean but could definitely use updates. The matresses are lumpy. The fridge 1has been painted and has a lot of scratches. Broken blinds. Could use new flooring.
