Looking to get away from our cold Canadian/US winters Check out our UPPER FLOOR, 1400 square foot unit at Superstition Springs Lakes in Mesa, Arizona available for the season! Great for couples or a family. Unit is well kept and very clean, air conditioned and smoke free. No smoking or pets allowed in condo. Condo community is gated forsecurity and a two car garage is available for parking one vehicle. A year round heated pool is available literally less than 200 feet from the unit with deck chairs to enjoy the sun and a hot tub. This unit offers refinished countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and tile floor through-out the hallways and kitchen. Carpet was replaced brand new in 2019 and is in the living room and bedrooms.
This condo has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 32 inch TV and an en suite which includes a bathtub and a large shower. Two bedrooms have large closets as well. Hair dryer is available to use also. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom also has a queen size bed in it, great for kids too. All bedrooms have quality bedding and extra pillows and blankets to make you comfortable, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of counter space. The large living room has a 55' LCD TV/DVD surround stereo system. The kitchen table seats four along with room at the bar for 3. There is a desk to be used for your computer along with wireless internet and a printer. Washer/Dryer is included.
