Beautiful Homely Vacation Condominium

Excellent accommodation. The property was clean and very spacious. We were 6 adults - we had no sufficient space. The location was very good. The kitchen needed more large pots and pans and property needs some updates. We were very pleased with our stay.

The property manager did not contact us about check-in info until less than 24 hours before we were to arrive even though we had been told we would get info one week prior to arrival. We also had some trouble with the door lock. The living area is extremely spacious.

Perfect location. Wonderful condo. Everything you need. Close to Disney and Universal. Nice quiet communal pool. Quiet area. Great links. Loads of shops and eateries nearby. The best host and owner. Nothing too much to ask. Couldn't recommend higher.

This was a convenient location for our trip to Orlando. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very communicative. The pool is only a small walk across the compex and very convenient to use. I enjoyed being on the top condo and the stairs are not bad.

What an absolute pleasure it was staying here. Frank, the owner was wonderful checking if we needed anything, asking if he could help. Making sure that we were comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything!!

All issues were rectified in a timely manner. Molded shower curtain we called and it was replace. There were small ants in kitchen.

We have just returned from 18 nights at Franks condo and had a lovely stay. Everything was great. good location, everything you would need for your stay was provided. Frank was a pleasure to deal with definitely going above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect with brilliant communication. We have stayed in this area many times and would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location, easy access to the parks. Frank (owner) was attentive and keen that we enjoyed our stay. Hayley (local contact) was quick to respond and offered lots of local knowledge. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Neighbours were friendly. Perfect for a family holiday. Highly recommend. stahere.

We had an awesome time at Frank’s condo. He is very good at communicating and gave us tips about beaches, groceries etc. We loved our time there !

The communication from the owner Frank was great from the start and continued the whole time. He gave us extremely comprehensive directions of how to get to the property which was really appreciated. Fortunately he also gave us a back up code to get into the property as the one previously given didnt work. The condo had everything we needed and it was lovely to walk back in to the aircon every evening! The automatic ice maker was also a lifesaver! The location is just perfect, only 15-20 mins to WDW and about 25-30 mins to Universal if you want to avoid the toll roads (which we did). We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the condo, very reasonably priced and it certainly sets your mind at rest when you receive such good communication from the owner.

Booking with frank is a must , the home is a home from home and next time we go orlando i would definatly use the condo again ,frank answers any queries immediatly . Thank you frank??
