Reviewer Comments: We have rented places in Santa Rosa Cove literally for decades, and this is the best! Easy walk to pool and fitness center. Well stocked kitchen and bar. Spacious second bedroom with two queens. Wish the casita had a king bed instead of queen. Living room comfy. Bathrooms need an update. Watch out for errant golf balls on the patio!

Kitchen, electronics and bathrooms up to date. (but needa a door or curtain on master bath). Good location on the 11th fairway of Mountain Course (but patio is a potential target for golf balls).

The home has a lovely view out the back patio. It was very clean. The furnishings and were in good condition but some aspects were outdated in terms of decor. The kitchen is newer and in great condition. I would have given 4 stars except for the fact the the bed in the casita was incredibly uncomfortable - I think it is a very old mattress.
