Centrally located, bright and modern apartment, with views of the water. Located in the harbour area of the city this is a perfect base for exploring Galway. Our apartment is just a few minutes walk to all the pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops, and the train station is within a five minute walk.

There is no parking included with this property due to its central location. If you require parking, please do reach out a couple of days in advance of your arrival and we can send you information on the best local parking options for your stay.


The Space:
Our place is one of Four apartments in the same building, side by side, so if you have a larger group please contact us and we can check on the availability of the neighbouring apartment.

This is the second duplex apartment in our building and we like to think this is our homely sunny apartment due to the burnt orange tones and sandy tone wood flooring. Split over two floors there is ample space for spreading out and we have even built a 'nook' with a desk so that you can catch up on emails or relax and read a good book.

Upstairs is the main living room with over sized comfy sofas, coffee table, Smart Tv with access to Netflix, and of course a beautiful comfy window seat so that you can watch the harbour activity. Our dining bench with leather stools is perfect for not only dining but playing some cards or setting up your iPad or laptop as we have wall fitted USB ports for your convenience.

The kitchen is finished in a beautiful cream high gloss cabinetry, integrated fridge freezer, oven and hob. There is washing machine with built in dyer as well.

All bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes and luggage racks.

A stable internet connection is available which makes it perfect for those who work from home.

Apex - Peace Of Mind:
This property uses the Apex Accommodation Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization.

All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.

We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.

Other things to note: We do not rent to locals. There is one flight of stairs from the street level to the apartment entrance. We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family.

CCTV is present in the common area and courtyard

**NOISE Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**.
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.


Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.


The Neighbourhood:
The harbour area of Galway city is a perfect base for exploring Galway. It is just a few minutes to all the pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops. You couldn't be in a better place, everything is on your doorstep!


Getting Around:
We are close to the train and coach station. If you would like to book tours please contact us and we can offer you the best suggestions for itineraries.

All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available.

There is a €400 Security Deposit required for this property. This deposit will be charged to your account 1 day in advance of your arrival and returned once departed.

    Great stay! Very close to everything. Kitchen and living room was nice as well. Only thing was the master bedroom window let in all the outside noise. Didn’t bother us because we sleep with white noise but might bother other people! Thanks for letting us stay!

    Excellent property in convenient location. Unit was immaculate with ease of entry overlooking harbor and adjacent to downtown area, pubs, restaurants and shops.Modern and excellent showers - which seemed rare elsewhere during our travels in Ireland.

    Great location perfect in the area to spend a couple days in Galway. We stayed with two teenager kids and it was plenty of room. Would recommend staying here again without hesitation. Everything was perfect. Car park adjacent to the building. No issues at all.

    This was the best place for us! It had an excellent location, a mini store across the street to grab coffee, and some quick staples and the parking garage was right next door. Our view was beautiful and the beds comfy! We were able to log into Disney plus and there were easy directions for the coffee maker.

    Easy walking distance to everything, close to car park for rented car, overall nice place. However, I don't know if it was bad luck on our part or bad timing, but one of toilets did not function for most of our stay leaving us to share 1 toilet for 6 people. I was able to apply a temporary fix so the water would stop running, or it would have be running non stop for 5 days until the plumber arrived. Trouble with the washing/drying machine that would not dry the clothes. Apex said they ran a load of towels thru and it was fine, but wasn't sure why they didn't wash the dirty towel that I left in the machine before they arrived. They were very responsive, but don't know why it took so long to get things fixed. The water to the kitchen faucet stopped working one day, they told us to contact the water company. Anyway, it is a nice place, but we were there when things decided to break. I did ask the plumber if it was anything we did, he said no. It just time for repairs. Good luck.

    We had the best time and this property was perfect walking distance to All the fun stuff. Michelle was very responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend! It is right by the water which is lovely but does come with some rowdy seagull neighbors so be prepared. We will be back.

    Location was close to pubs, restaurants and we just parked our rental car in the ramp next door and walked the entire time we stayed as you are near all the action. There is one set of stairs to get to the rooms - just to note.

    Pros: good location, very clean, good check in communication, early check in, nice window seat with a view of the harbor, good pod coffee, comfy beds. Cons: Very steep stairs from street entrance - very challenging with luggage, no bathroom on top floor where 3rd bedroom is, electrical issue with light that would not go out at night on main level. To be fair, we were 3 sisters over 60.

    Nice location.Close to everything. Would have been helpful to have instructions on how to get hot water. We did have to rewash several dishes before use and one cupboard had previous coffee spill that was never cleaned up. Beds were very comfortable.

    What a location! We absolutely loved our stay. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby but out of the main busy section of town. Less than 10 minute walk to the train station. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

    Very clean, well appointed. Comfortable beds and pillows. Flight of stairs to get to the apartment as well as in the apartment. No bathroom upstairs. Both bathrooms and two bedrooms are downstairs. Living room and kitchen and 3rd bedroom are upstairs. Overall nice experience. Recommend.
