Stayed Jul 16, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very excited to come for our second visit to this resort. That excitement quickly faded when we got into our condo. It was very dirty! There was sticky mess down the wall with hair stuck on it, the headboard in the master had a green, sticky substance smeared all over it, there was black mold around the vents in the bathroom. Also, the table and chairs were dirty and had food smudges all over them. I called to report this and was told housekeeping would be notified and that a work order was put in. No one ever came to clean it repair anything. I bought 2 containers of Clorox wipes and cleaned the best I could. The whole condo is is dire need of a thorough cleaning, top to bottom, and some TLC. The other resort amenities we enjoyed were great, the pools, pickleball, and balcony. Whole we do plan on returning in the future, it will not be to this specific condo and we will do extra research on hopes of not having to deal with this again.
